Procrastination: The art or preferably I would say, "The science of postponing, delaying o putting off out of habitual laziness and carelessness". Yes, that expression on your face tells that you know that "ACT". You know the act of extension, you know the act of weariness, you know the act of God Knows When.
Procrastination, is a what haunts me and you, it has the effect that makes us see so much ease in our doings. We tend to carry out activities at our will, making excuses to miss bringing to reality that plan that seems tedious.
This act has led to the death of several dreams, goals, visions, relationships, families and intentions. It has even led to destruction and sometimes inability to complete tasks that are envisioned to have great outcomes.
This is a problem and needs to get turned over. Procrastination is the devil's tool, it gets hacked into our C.P.U (Brain) we tend to forget and forgo the prize at the end of our dreams for little distractions that won't last.
There are seven ways to get rid of this bad habit and I'll list them in the next paragraph. Let us all make us of this suggestions to support our achieving feats that we feel can never be dealt with.
Ways to stop procrastinating:
Write down this has you like to do, have or achieve on a goal card.(or a jotter).
Always check this every morning and make proclamations of faith afterwards helping your self believe that you will do it.
Set your priorities right by helping yourself instill the ability to do things at the right time.
Use the power of meditation when you can, you can start with a 5 minutes session.
Help yourself breakdown your tasks into simple ones to make them achievable.
Always set time to take breaks, so you don't work yourself up.
Use incentives to motivate yourself into putting more effort in your activities.
Luckily, this steps are as easy to carry out as reading the alphabets A-Z. You should endeavour to kill the act in you.
