Twitter might be on the verge of launching their own Crypto coin
Hey Peeps!
There has been a few leaks recently regarding Twitter allowing crypto transactions on the platform, and also the creation of their own Twitter coin.
The image above may be the future face of the Twitter cryptocurrency.
I saw this news make the rounds on Twitter, but as I looked up some research on the information it got a little odd.
The news was reported by a blogger, named Jane Manchum Wong, who shortly after deleted all trace of herself from the internet.
I am not sure what to make of this but it definitely adds to the mystery surrounding the leak of this crypto news on Twitter.
There are many speculating on Twitter about her sudden disappearance, but no official news has been confirmed.
The other big leak we had came from @nima_owji on Twitter, showing what appears to be a home page for Subscriptions, Tips, and Coins.
This implies potentially allowing for cryptocurrency tips to be allowed on Twitter, which is something we currently see on the DeSo blockchain.
In my opinion, this leads me to believe that Twitter might allow for multiple different cryptocurrencies to potentially be used on the their platform.
This news has got me really intrigued in the potential this could have for the world of cryptocurrency.
If you kind of think about it, if crypto payments became mainstream on Twitter and other big platforms/applications, it would reach a huge amount of users and could be game-changing for the financial world.
At the very least, this leads to some interesting speculation and news to report on.
Do you think this will be a good or bad for cryptocurrency?
Would you buy yourself some Twitter coin?
See ya!
