Sleeping is one of our basic needs of daily life. It's necessary. If a man does not sleep he becomes a victim of headache, laziness and inattentiveness. Due to lack of sleep he becomes unable to focus on his work. Even lack of sleep causes mental and health problems. As we know that our Allah who has created this universe has created a lot of things for humans. All things present in this world are somehow beneficial for humans. If there Allah did not create night then how we took rest. So Allah created night for our peace and rest. And sleeping has many great effects on our mental health, physical health, mood and performance. I want to tell you all some benefits and effects of sleeping.
No one can live without sleeping but sleeping more than needed is not healthy. More sleeping affects the performance of your brain. If you will remain sleepy always then your brain will also remain in the same condition and then will be unable to focus on your business or anything else.
The most important benefit of sleeping is that if we read something or remember something before sleeping then in the whole night our brain processes that thing. It means it is very beneficial for students. If they make it a habit to read only 30 to 45 minutes before going to bed then all content which they will read will be stored in their permanent memory.
But it has negative effects for those who think about their problems at night. That is the main cause that they remain always worried. If they will eradicate their habit of thinking about problems at night, their problems will become less and the rate of remaining worried will decrease.
Same is the case if you start your day by thinking about hardships your whole day will be wasted because you will remain gloomy and unsatisfied. So no one can erase your hard circumstances except Allah and your own habits. It depends upon you how you want to live your life. Believe me it all depends upon you. And another thing if you really want to improve your life you should do something good at the end and start of the day. Then you will enjoy a peaceful day and night as well. So don't sleep less nor more. Take 6 hours of sleep. And also focus how you sleep. Sleep in side pose. Don't like direct eye contact to sky, roof or bed sheet. This is harmful.
