Hello, my spacious viewers, commenters, and subscribers. It is a beautiful Wednesday evening here in my country Nigeria and like I would always wanna ask because I care, how are you all doing today?

The topic at hand today has got everything to do with health. When I say health, I mean, your health, my health, and our health. Like it is with everyone, it takes a whole lot of deep thinking to come about this title. It now seems there is a rush to puck all the catchy headings there is. However, that only demands us to be more creative about choosing titles for posts.

It is no need to remind us how important health is and do all we can to improve wellbeing. We certainly can't do anything in a state of poor or compromised health. Not even holding up our phones to see notifications on read.cash if the random rewarder has tipped you yet. Knowing this, then it rests on us to seize responsibility for our health.

Understandably, good health or staying healthy can be expensive. But, that doesn't mean we shouldn't seek ways to acquire proper health care services. What made health care expenses is not exactly the amount paid over the counter to acquire a service. It is the constant effort we invest to improve the quality of our health.

This post aims to give you tips on how you can stay healthy always without necessarily spending huge sums to keep good health. Tips to staying healthy always

1. Eating healthy foods:

Our everyday busy schedule and having to hit appointments and commitments very early in the morning, get us out from homes and even return late without allowing us the time to make quality meals. This leaves us with no choice but to patronize junk foods just to keep us going. Junks are unhealthy to the system and why they may seem to be the options available, we must strive to cook meals at scheduled times so that we always have a quality meal as at due. It also saves costs, cooking your meal, then buying unhealthy, costly, junks.

2. Exercising regularly:

Exercise has been proven on the medical ground to improve fitness and health. It boosts the body's immune to counter diseases. Our cardiovascular health is not left out because our hearts smile at us each time we exercise. Veins pop open and carry more blood to every part of the body. Exercising regular causes us to age, less and look beautiful always because we are healthier and fit.

3. Eating fruits/vegetables:

Fruits and vegetables contain very important vitamins and elements that help boost the body's biochemistry. Eating fruits and vegetables improves the proper functioning of the body.

4. Keeping good Hygiene:

This is a point we must keep to always. Good hygiene does not just tell about our cleanliness, it wades off disease-causing organisms. The fewer germs are around us, the better our bodies are to fight diseases when they surface. We must endeavor to keep good personal hygiene and on the surroundings too if we care to live healthy always.

5. Keeping a good relationship with people:

Yes, keeping a good relationship with other people boosts our emotional health. It keeps us free and encourages us to be happy always. Happiness has a good effect on our health.

6. Going on vacations:

After a while of being glued to work, there is a need to take time out, go for vacations, visit places and enjoy time with friends. Vacation reduces stresses from work and would help you rejuvenate before coming back to work. After vacations, it causes you to develop a sound mind and attitude towards work because you are stress-free. A stress-free life is a healthy one.

Exercising regularly is on my top priority that I cannot achieve due to my laziness haha but I'm working on it. While the 5 & 6 here is best for mental health.
