Original Popcorn
Original popcorn is popcorn that basically uses only corn and butter, if you want a salty taste then you can add salt to taste according to taste.
But if you have enough to feel the salty taste just from the butter then it doesn't matter because the taste of butter has a slightly salty taste.
But if you make popcorn from cooking oil then you have to add enough salt so that the salty taste appears when it is enjoyed.
Here are the procedures and materials.
Materials :
100 grams of special corn.(Not regular corn)
Vegetable oil if you don't have butter / use butter to taste.
1 tablespoon salt (if you want a strong salty taste).
How to make :
Heat cooking oil / butter in a frying pan or place as needed.
Put the corn into the pan according to the size / as desired.
Cook on low/medium heat so it doesn't burn and stir constantly until slightly hot, if it feels hot then cover it with anything that can withstand the heat.
Wait for it to start popping, and after the pops have reduced a little you can stir the bottom so that it is evenly distributed.
Drain the popcorn and then pour it into the container you prepared earlier.

Caramel Popcorn
Of course, if you have original popcorn, you can also make caramel-flavored popcorn, and you can also make your own at home with ingredients that you can buy at the store.
Many of us have different tastes, but you can make this popcorn easily and quickly, the method is no different from the original, so watch carefully.
Here are the ingredients and the procedure for making caramel popcorn.
Materials :
150 grams of special corn (not regular corn).
1 cup sugar / as desired, brown/white sugar.
150 grams of butter / as desired.
1/4 vegetable oil if you don't want to use butter (for cooking sugar).
1/4 Spoon of salt if you want a savory and sweet taste.
How to make :
Make popcorn as usual by adding butter first and wait until it dissolves / can go straight into the pan.
Prepare another pot for caramelizing and choose a size large enough for easy stirring.
Put a little water and sugar in a saucepan and heat until the sugar is combined and the water is reduced, then let it boil (don't let it burn). Then after it looks browned then enter the butter / vegetable oil into the pan, stir until evenly distributed. (The fire must still be on with the smallest size)
After waiting 4 to 5 minutes / until the sugar turns golden yellow then you can put the finished popcorn into the pan.
Stir quickly so that it can be mixed evenly, if it looks almost even then turn off the heat and stir until completely evenly distributed.
