I've always been a Natural foods fan because I believe every problem has a solution the natural way, but it's all about a test of your patience. I've seen adverts of medicines that promise to restore your libido, make your woman wanting more and never letting go, and that actually makes me wonder if s*x is food. Well, it's not food but it's a very important part of marriage.
If you've had issues with your pen!s stnding, there are certain foods that can correct that, so make sure you read all to find out. Low libido can be caused by stress, depression, drug abuse(illicit drug taking), excessive alcohol consumption, sleepless nights, etc What you eat also affect your s*x life, so here are foods that can make you better in bed.. Please note that I selectively combined the foods you can find in all countries, so no matter where you are, you can get them.
*1. BANANA*
Bananas are an excellent source of B vitamins, needed to increase energy production and to dampen your stress levels. Bananas also contain tryptophan, an amino acid needed for serotonin production, our ‘feel good’ hormones. Bananas are also packed with potassium, used to produce s*x hormones, and improve heart health and s*x drive. Bananas also contain an enzyme called bromelain, which helps improve blood flow and increase libido.
*2. RAW NUTS*
Snacking on raw nuts can help bring a spark back to your bedroom. Nuts such as almonds, groundnuts, cashews, Brazil and hazelnuts are rich in the amino acids L-Arginine, which boosts the production of nitric acid in the body, this will increase the production of s*x hormones, and promote a firmer erection and better s*xual performance. Nuts are also an excellent source of essential fatty acids, which are healthy fats needed for male sexual health. Add some mixed crushed nuts to salads, or add to smoothies.
*3. AVOCADOS*
The Aztecs referred to avocados as, ahem, testicles, because of their physical shape. But the scientific reason why avocados make sense as an aphrodisiac is that they are rich in unsaturated fats and low in saturated fat, making them good for your heart and your arteries. Anything that keeps the heart beating strong helps keep blood flowing to all the right places; in fact, men with underlying heart disease are twice as likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED)
*4. STRAWBERRIES & BLUE BERRIES*
The color red is known to help stoke the fire: A 2008 study found that men find women sexier if they’re wearing red, as opposed to cool colors such as blue or green. Strawberries are also an excellent source of folic acid, a B vitamin that helps ward off birth defects in women and, according to a University of California, Berkley study, may be tied to high sperm counts in men. Despite their slippery and slimy texture, oysters may be the most well-known aphrodisiac. They’re also one of the best sources of libido-boosting zinc. But other types of seafood can also act as aphrodisiacs. Seafood are essential for a healthy heart.
*6. CITRUS*
Any member of this tropical fruit family is super-rich in antioxidants, vitamin C, and folic acid—all of which are essential for men’s reproductive health. Enjoy a romantic salad that incorporates citrus, like pink grapefruit or mandarin oranges, or use a dressing made with lemon and lime.
*7. EGGS*
