Shadows
The thing that most faithfully follows us wherever we go is our shadow, even if there is light.
Who would have thought that technology can quickly change the shadows into something beautiful and we can enjoy such as big screen films, television and photography.
In the past, people watched movies like watching wayang kulit. There is an object and then it is given light, the audience sits behind the screen, the shadow film was first performed around 1600 BC because there were no opera stars in the atmosphere so there were only 2 players and only dialogue, I don't know when wayang kulit was born and was first performed , information that wayang kulit is estimated to be around the 9th century since King Airlangga ruled the Singosari kingdom in East Java, while the word Wayang itself means shadow or shadow, but these shadows provide inspiration for vivid images or what we know as films today, the first films were black. white 8mm and mute, when I was a kid this silent film was fun to watch, the title is I still remember Abbot and Costelo, and even then, watching it was jostling on the field.
If we look at it, it turns out that shadows or shadows or let's call it Wayang have a very high philosophy of life. A linguist once said that the shadow was taken from the ancient Javanese language with Sanskrit influence meaning "Faithful".
