Mentally Tired
Unstable Emotions
Dealing with failure or situations that are not in accordance with the wishes are annoying and exhausting. That's why we often avoid communicating with people. Once communicated..BAAAMM !! Our axis is broken and other people are sprayed. Not only that, conditions like this can make our emotions explode, for example crying or being disappointed because of small things.
Reluctant to do anything
Too lazy to go to the office, to get out of bed or eat too lazy! Especially when we are sued here and there and the work is not finished. Ouch, it feels like I have lost the motivation to do anything. This is a sign that you need to rest. Motivation and inspiration can come from anywhere, including when you are resting.
Worrying About Everything
Don't my clothes match? Why does my boss feel so sensitive? How come it feels like you don't have friends at work? Excessive mental fatigue can make you worry about even the smallest things. Even very trivial things can weigh on your mind and hinder your productivity. Maybe it's good if you spend a moment with the people closest to you or do activities that you enjoy.
Numb
A barrage of burdens can make you feel as if you are completely numb. You can't be sad, you can't be angry, let alone happy. This is the stage when we lose all sense and hope.
Mentally tired has been proven to reduce our productivity in the office, or even make the office atmosphere gloomy because of our facial expressions. Maybe your office mates will initially ask what happened to you, but this happens constantly, it's not impossible that your friends will actually stay away from you. Duh, so it's an additional burden of thought again right.
Therefore, there is nothing wrong if we are open to what burdens us, both at work and outside the office. Talking to other people can make us feel better because we don't have to carry a burden alone. Especially if it seems that person has a solution to our problem, a win-win solution!
It's okay to be sad, but don't let it drag on. If you really feel that you are fed up, try to take time off and use this opportunity to go for a walk and please yourself. Or as mentioned above, try to talk to other people. Even so, don't disturb your friends who are concentrating on their work. Try to do this during breaks or after work hours.
