Raffy Tulfo in Action like scene in reality. I never thought that I will experience a live Raffy Tulfo in Action like scene in reality. We are in my in-laws house now and their family had an issue regarding the land where their houses are build. I know it's not that rare case here in the Philippines as most of the clans fighting about land but it's my first time to watch a live fight and even if I am not involved in it and we are just Marites I was affected and it feels like my body feel the heat and pressure while watching my husband and my sister in-law fight for their land. So this is story. I want you guys to comment your opinion about this one okay? The grandfather of my husband has a land and that land was divided into 5 for their children. My husband's mother is the youngest among them but she was died when my husband was still a baby. Their land has no title and it's rights only but they knew how the land was divided. My husband has 4 siblings and the two of them already build a house on the vacant land but the house of my in-laws. There's a vacant land in the back of my In-laws house because my older brother in-law can't build a house yet and he build a little room connected to my in-laws kitchen. So my older brother in-law got sick and without the knowledge of family he sold a part of their land to the neighborhood which is their second degree niece without the permission of my father in-law. After the family knew about it ofcourse they got mad to my brother in-law and that's the start of arguments. My sister in-law wants to void the selling transaction and she wants to blocked the back side of my in-laws house and don't want their niece to make a way in thier land. The problem is that its the only way to the road because a couple of years ago that niece had an argument with her Aunt resulting the his grandfather also block the way going to the road. Since that niece already bought a part of land with my brother in-law she insisted that they have the right of way on my in-laws land. They even want to raise the case with the attorneys. The problem is that if the case will be raise by the court the land of thier own clan will be an issue because there's no title and they need pay for the tax. As a wife of my husband I don't want to be involved on that matter because for me if I will be asked it okay for me to give way but ofcourse they are the one who will decide. Aside from this matter there's also an issue with their farm and still on process. As of this moment my husband is having a headache.

Ang hirap ng ganyan sis lalo kung wlang titulo, kasi kung papagitna ang legality baka mawalan pa sila ng lupa, kasi rights lang naman pala. Pwede ding magkaron pa ng problema na mas malaki kung sa tagal na panahon na hindi nababayaran ng tax, tapos jan na mabubuklat lahat at babagsak sa gobyerno yung lupa, kaya dapat talaga maayos na pag uusap nalang para di na umabot pa sa korte.
Ai talaga? Mapupunta pala sa gobyerno yon kapag Ganon?
Oo sis kapag hinabol ng gobyerno yan, unless nagbabAyad sila ng tax. kasi yung mga lupa na walang titulo gobyerno yung may ari nyan. But anyway base lang yan sa alam ko sis mas mabuti kung sa abogado kayo magtatanong para alam nyo kung ano karapatan nyo sa lupa nyo. Kasi sa panahon ngayon importante ang tax ng lupa.
Ah sigi sabihin ko din sa kanila
Okay sis, sometimes kasi may mga case na kahit may tax declaration yung nakatira sa lupa hindi siya binavalidate ng batas so better talaga na magtanong bago pa mapansin Ng gobyerno. Sayang naman kasi lalo na kung malaki ang lupa.

Nako yang lupa talaga ang source ng kaguluhan. Payong ka paritess naman wag na makigulo pa sa hatian sa lupa ang iba. Nakikita ko din na magkakaroon ng ganyang issue kami sa bahay kaya umalis na ako sa amin nung nagstart akong bumuo ng pamilya nagpaka layo layo na ako. Bala na sila dun.
