**1) Life must go on** No matter how terrible your day was, remember that there is always tomorrow after the sunset. Go for tomorrow, always think about tomorrow.
**2) Be happy with your accomplishments** Never be frustrated about the things you made within a day. If you just sit and do nothing then consider that as your rest day. This is not a race to keep on competing with everyone. Do it at your own pace.
