What is a Leader ?

A Leader is a person who lead the team/community into a better and sustainable future. A person who lead the team with didication and compassion, to make a Change and better stable of team situation. With plans to aim success and achieve greatness.

"Leadership is Influence " you must get the attention of people by infuencing them.

Here are the Tips to become a Great Leader :

1. Share Information

Communicaye the news or information you knew to everyone so that minds don't wander. Share to them the Newest news you heard on TV so that they as well as yojr team can prepare for it.

2. Adjust your style

You may have many different communication styles and personalities in your team. Dont think that uou can manage everyone on the same way, and don't assume that everyone likes to be manage the way you like to be manage.

" Leadership is Art " you must create yojr own Style..

3. Have fun

Your team want to enjoy thier day and work. Let them talk or play for atleast a short time. Don't take thier jokes too serious, you must stay calm when your in the situation of fun or happiness. Just enjoy your time.

4. Raise your Hand

When your people see you in putting an extra hours, they will be inspired to jump in and follow your lead. You must have enough ideas and confidence to raise your intention for better.

5. Say Thank you

Your people want to feel appreciated! A simple " Thank you " note does not cost an amount, and it makes a huge difference and change. You must be humble to your members. Do not think that you are higher just because your a leader, you are high when it comes to position but all of you are equal when it comes to trait and respect.

6. Remove Obstacles

Bureaucracy stefles creativity and innovation, cut down some of the paperwork. Neglect and throw all the obstacle that distract you the most. You must stay focus.

7. Focus your Time

Focus the majority of your time and attention, 20% to your people and 80% to your project and self. You must also have the Time management to set your schedules so that you can stay focus.

8. Give feedback

Your direct reports want feedback. You must ask comments from your team about your report or Leadership. So that you can change your ways into a better one.

9. Set milestone

You must set a goal for every month and year and you must have Plans for every day. Try to ask a goal from your members and set as many goals as you can as long as its Positive. Don't expect more positive results, also think for negatives so that you are prepared to fix it. You must set ways when problem comes.

" Actually IQ doesn't equate to Leadership " It matters is how we set plans and have creativity.

10. Empower through Delegation

We know that everyone can do it as well as you can, but you need to delegate to give yourself time to complete task more.
