Age Is Only A Number, Don't Be Scared To Start Again
Story 1
He learned out to cook shortly after his father died at age 6. In his teen he dropped out of school and was enlisted in to the US army but got discharged before his 17th birthday. He secured a job at a railway station just to Carter for his needs. He worked hard just to make ends meet.
He was fired for insubordination and he had to find a more greener pasture. He worked in various establishment but never lasted because of his hot temper. The clock was ticking, age wasn't on his side anymore.
Shortly after the world war 2, he began the selling of fried chicken by the roadside, then he was in his 60s.He should have given up knowing he was aging. He got his breakthrough at age 66, and had his company scattered all over the world. The man I was talking about was Harland Sanders, the owner of Kentucky Fried chicken.
Story 2
It was his 50th birthday, looking at the plans he wrote since he was a teenager. They was no need to continue because he couldn't boast of achieving any on the list. He was still staying with his mom, never had a good job and wasn't married. He broke down crying for he was a failure. Looking at his age, he tore his goals for it was too late. He had great plans to save the world but he was scared for he was aging. He brought out a little bottle from under his bed, and drank everything. He fell down and that was the end. His name was Mr. Nobody, no one knew what his plans were or what he was capable of doing. So sad! A great dream was lost because of age.
The two stories above gives an answer to the tittle of my article, it is never too late to start again. Oprah Winfrey once said " Every year should teach you something valuable; whether you get the lesson is up to you. Every year brings you closer to expressing your whole and healed self".
Age shouldn't be a barrier to starting all over again.
A lot if great dreams have been buried with an excuse of, am too old for it, am too old to be married. Am too old for this or that.
No dear! Age is just a number, no matter how old you are, without determination nothing could be done.
From the stories above, you could deduce, both individuals were old but what differentiated them was determination. A man is in 20s without determination could still have difficulties with chasing his dreams, same as a man in his 60s. So without mincing words, all that a man need in fulfilling his dreams, isn't for this time to stop but all he needs is just determination. That gentle voice ringing in his head "of course you are not old, you just understood the meaning of your dream, and that's why you are chasing it" .
You are never too old to start again, forget about your age and focus on your dream. You have a lot yet to be exploited, don't let limitation of age, scare you away from your goals. Be determine, be resilient, be unmoved, all for the right cause.
You are the miracle, the world is waiting for, so don't keep us waiting.
A round of applause to our newest inventors, new managers and scientists, the world is glad, you took that beautiful and bold step.

Indeed, age is just a number. When it comes to our dreams we shouldn't allow our age to be the barrier. there is no young and old when it comes to success. We all get the succeed that we were wanting for if we keep on trying, if we keep on chasing our dreams rather than quitting and acknowledging ourselves as a failure because we failes at our first, second and third try. The stories above are the best example that achieving our dreams wouldn't be too late if we are determined. And our dreams would only be impossible if we choose to end our lives. Age is just a number and there's no old and young age to start over again.
