5 Simple Tips To Boast Your Health Status
We are familiar with the famous saying that health is wealth. This statement has lost value to a lot of people as they value wealth more than their health.
The big question is, if we fall sick and peradventure we die, who will take charge of our beautiful cars, lots of money and fashion. Abosoulutely nobody, it is therefore our sole responsibility to take care of ourselves, same way we take care of our material things, remember health is the greatest wealth, anyone could get. Though it is free but it is very expensive to manage.
Today I will be dropping few health tips, which have used over the years and has been yielding tremendous effect, do stay back and learn something new, or if you have been practicing them, and have relent, do go back to them, because they are priceless.
Here are a list of tips;
1) Eat Alot of Green Vegetables : This should constitute almost all of your meal, though it seems like a regular tip, which most of us are familiar with. Vegetables contain mineral salt, vitamins and other macro and micro nutrients which our body need for growth and sustainability.
Vegetable like we all know, are easily destroyed by heat, so it is advisable, you add them as 5 mins to when you want to put down your food, this will keep it fresh with its content almost intact. For people who don't like large chunks of vegetable in their food, I will suggest, you chop it so small and add it to the food, or you could blend it, while you use the juice to prepare your meals. They are also stores where this vegetable are sold as supplements in dry form, though I prefer fresh vegetables, but it could still serve the same purpose.
2) Cryotherapy : I know most people will be wondering, why suggest such . Cryotherapy is actually the use of cold for therapeutic purpose. Going under the rain as an adult, can be so weird, that people might think, you are insane but using your shower will keep you away from such judgment.
Why do I suggest this ; having a cold bath, elevates your supply of oxygenated blood to vital organs from peripheral supplies, like the hands. In such therapy always remember the extreme parts of your body, will feel cold, I mean your hands and foot, so it is advised you wear gloves to keep them warm.
Though am not a fan of cold showers but I bet you trying this tip out will keep you energized and in good form.
3) Replacement of Certain Items: Items used on a regular basis, should be replace, as they tend to be home to microbes, and know we use this sponge to clean our plates, thereby getting infected in the process. Let's assume our kitchen, sponge when used and kept back for long could harbor a lot of microbes, which posses negative effect on our health.
Another thing that is worth replacing often, is our tooth brush, using a tooth brush for more than 3 months, is not advicable. You need to change them when the need arises. This will help boast Our body immunity.
4) Intermittent Fasting : This is not a great idea for pregnant women and also those breastfeeding , as you will need food for energy. During fasting your body uses, stored up energy stores, thereby keeping you in good form. This is the secret of most athletes.
5) Regular Exercise : Yeah! The importance of exercise can not be overlooked as it helps, the body get freshen up.
It is important for the circulatory system, as more and more blood will be ready for circulation. It also help to build a strong immune system.
