What's in the mind and why it matters?Mind, where all starts it is where our thoughts begin resulting to our actions which give impact in our life if our mind is unhealthy and in trouble.This matter is very crucial and sometimes misinterpreted by many, but from what I have experienced it was a serious case which affects a person as a whole.
There are a lot of causes why a person can have this situation.In my case it is a symptom of my hyperthyroidism last 5 years ago.One of the signs of being a hyper thyroid is anxiety that is why in my first 3 months I am in a life situation which affect me and my family.But no matter what family plays a very important role to recover from this situation.
Other factor that cause mind problems are the tremendous or small problems, that a person encountered. While, few people know what to do when they can feel worried, scared, confused, or restless. These are toxic situations in mind that must be addressed.
I was into this illness five years ago, and it was a very difficult part of my life to adjust to my feelings as well as controlling my thoughts. Sometimes I think that I'm insane, and it's not a joke, it will change your life if you encounter this kind of health issue . By God's grace, I was able to cope up with this.
How can we identify negative thoughts are in us? How do we know if it will lead us to undesirable behavior or a negative mindset? When a person is suffering from this, more often they will be judged by people around them or being bully, well the fact that they need help and intervention. To avoid improper thoughts we should apply moral principles such as honesty, truthfulness, respect, fairness, and responsibility. Always bear in mind to be positive and acknowledge the negative thoughts so that you can control your mind. Being an optimist can bring us positive effects on our health.
In every situation, we have to control our thoughts and with high or low chances, we can strengthen, discipline, or even dismiss.
Fewer people know what to do when we feel anxiety, nervousness.
A person who suffer from this must not keep himself isolated but needs company like family, friends, or loved ones to stay beside him. They need too much understanding and affection, more than all let them know their passion and support them all the way, and also frequent socialization with friends and family helps.
An important reason for people to maintain good physical and mental health is that it would have a great impact on their sleep quality.

Having enough sleep is priceless. And with reasonable physical fitness and a stress-free mind, attaining that quality sleep will come very easily in a natural way.

You have to look forward to working out. Whatever it is that you do, whether it’s jogging, lifting, martial arts, Yoga, you can choose an exercise technique you truly enjoy.
For example, I love the basic exercise like jumping rope, I’m a lot more likely to stick to my workout while doing that than jogging or weight lifting. If ever you don't have a specific exercise to enjoy but you love music. You can play your favorite playlist and you'll never know that you have far more likely to get up to exercise.
Either way, exercise is a big one, so find a way to make it work for you.
Wake up Early
There are positives to staying up late, especially if you find that you’re more effective or efficient during late-night hours. However, in general, I’ve found that the majority of people are most productive in the early morning.
Also, though, waking up early helps you to prepare yourself for the whole day's work that helps you start each day with the optimal state of mind.
Have a night routine
To have a healthy mind before sleep we need to keep ourself refreshing by cleaning up ourselves or taking a bath before bed time.
Meditation with Gods word and prayer helps us to have peace in mind and relaxation in spiritually.
Find friends that will accept your weaknesses
Friends are very important in our life, but one thing to consider choose your friends who will love you still and not criticized your weaknesses.People who will understand your situation and will guide you to become a better person.
Find your passion project
Personally it really helps me overcome bad thoughts and unhealthy mindset .It is one way of diverting attention.
A healthy mind and body is something we often overlook, but it affects every facet of our daily life from how happy we feel to how well we perform in our profession.
A healthy mind will result to a good life , no matter what we have but if our mind are in troubled it isn't useful anymore.Our mind is where the battle we encounter each day, whether in relationships, workk.So we need to fill up our mind with positivity.
More than all,those people who suffer from this needs love, they should feel that they are important people and not a heavy burden in the family.
