September is in"

Hello September, goodbye August, it's another month unfolded in the year 2022. September have been welcomed by everybody because it's a start of the longest celebration in the Philippines which is Christmas.

What will September bring unto us? Either good or bad we don't know yet because we are just on the second day of the month, and there's more to go. For today, I will share some thoughts about September. So, here it goes...

S- sunny weather is here

Yes, it's like summer here in our place today because of a very hot temperature during the day. Last day, we have heard from the news that there is.typhoon coming in, but today as of September 2,the typhoon is already in a slow movement, so possibly it will fade on the next day or so.

E- electricity bills are soaring

Hehehe, can you relate? Yes we do have big amounts of bills here lately, as a minimum wage earner family and others don't have worked too, so we really have a problem with paying our bills, hehhe. I don't know why did it happened, my neighbor had 600 pesos bill for her electricity, and before she only had 400 pesos, it increased 200 pesos, or $4,which is already big for someone who doesn't have daily income.

How do we minimize our usage of electricity, I didn't used our rice cooker all day, only in the morning, because we are in a hurry of cooking,no more electric fan too, we just open all the windows of the house to keep the house fresh, or else we stayed outside during noontime. Imagine the hotness when we stayed inside our room.

P-People are preparing for their feast

Every September the people here in our new place are celebrating the feast, which is for their anniversary. They have a lot of events or pakulo like basketball, hot mama's, motor racing and many more,and lastly are the foods like lechon, and other delicacies, desserts that was prepared by the constituents.

T- Trees really matters

We live here Ina place where are a lot of trees around, big or small, it's because this placed was preserved by the company, they have maintained it well and makes sure that the trees will never be cut because they are promoting natural ways of farming and they also sell seedings. Even if the weather is hot, it seems that it's also cool on the other side because we can have shade of trees everywhere. I can say that, there is a big difference when a place have trees unlike a place without trees.

E-Evenings are cold

Have you feel it too?

During the evening, it feels cold here, well, maybe because we are already in the ember months. It's cold here at night, but, during the day, it also very hot. The coldness of the weather reaches until 6 in the morning, that's why it's good to have coffee early in the morning.

M-Making goals

I never had any goals set before, but for now I was thinking that I need to make one, or more. How did goals helped us, it helps us to become productive and be able to accomplish something before the month be over. Goals like saving money for something, learning new skills and many more like having enough sleep and rest.

B-Budget getting tighter

Do you have the same situation too? Our budget was getting tighter also this month and in the coming days, because the students are already back in face to face classes, we need to allocate budget for their allowance, fare, food,and expenses monthly in school.Budgetting is real this time,for the past two years when the students are in their modular class, we have lessen our expenses but for now, we have additional expenses that we need to meet up, or the kids can't go to school. Despite of, we are grateful that kids are now back on track.

E- Expanding my garden

This is what we are thinking to minimize our expenses, we will expand our garden so that we can plant more vegetables for us to harvest more and buy less. Vegetables are so expensive nowadays, especially when we buy in the market, unlike when we just grow in our backyard we can spend less. I want more vegetables everyday.

R- Rain is coming

When the ember months are approaching most the time the rain also are coming in, there are a more rainy days to come, as I have read in my friends post last day, they are already flooded, and the water get into their house. I like rain but only in minimal fall, when it turns heavy, I will feel afraid too, because I could imagine a flood or any situations out of a heavy rain.

This month may bring us full of surprises, challenges and new things to come, after all, life continuous no matter what day or month it is.
