Money can't buy happiness

Money can't buy happiness,is this saying was true or is it just partially true?How about if you have a lot of money you can buy a new iphone,laptop,Tv or a new fashion clothes.

However as human beings we usually adopt from the changes of our world,especially nowadays that modern world is updating.The new cellphones,Tv,gadgets that we buy gives us pleasure with all the new games,korean Tv series and music but honestly we come to the point of being bored and we want then something new.

We often think with ourselves,I wish my parents would have a lot of money,I will buy a new car,a new cellphone but there is always new,there's no constant at all everything's changed.

Psychologists call this the Hedonic Treadmill,'New things always become old',they need to be replaced.Like for example,you buy a new cellphone,then you compare it to your families and friends and you see on advertisements on Tv there is a new model of Iphone already,its harming our mind.

Another situation is,when we open our social media like facebook,we see our friends posting their vacation on a beautiful island ,a nice beach with all their stuff and we wonder that our family could have too .In the Philippines we say,"sana all".

We don't realize we're harming ourselves to it,in what way,it affects our mind.We bear in mind that money is a good servant not a good master.Money is used to build houses,tuition fees ,rent,food ,pay bills, business,maintenance and many more.This was good thing that spend to it.

Everyone wants to find a good job,doing business well to earn money,but too much desire of earning could harm ourselves.According to the scripture,money is the root of all evil.Its true,in fact many politicians are suspended because of corruption,many department heads of the government and even a cashier of a grocery or a fast food chain have been fired out.This was a sad story they are gaining money out of greed and its a sin in the eyes of God and in the law of the land.

All we know that there is no enough wealth or money so that someone will say 'I'm satisfied'.If our main purpose for money is to buy material things we will never be satisfied.

According to the scripture,the real rich is the one who is contented.Greek Philosopher ,Diogenes says,"He who has the most who is most content with the least".This means that you and I knows how to give value with our earnings and used it and take care properly,is the one who is the wealthiest man on earth.

That is being said,we can use our money in a useful way.Like spending with our family and friends and charitable institutions.Many people needs help like the victims in typhoon,earthquake,those people needs help for their living.It is much better act of empathy with the people in need.

The following things that money can't buy:

1. Everything on earth is not about money there's a list is more important than money.

2. Peace of mind -this thing is not available anywhere in the world but its one of the source of real happiness.

3. Earning too much money can cause severe mental stress.-

4. Money is never enough.-it is never enough ,money always begs for money,anyone wants more and more.

5. Money can't buy time.-it is really true to all of us,time is one of the biggest assets that we have.

6. Money cannot buy trust

7. Money can buy sex but not love

8. Money can buy home but not a happy home

9. Money cannot buy good manners

10. Money cannot buy respect.

Too much desire for money will lose our focused,and time for ourselves ,family. And we also need to give attention to authentic relationship,like love and friendship.Spending our money in a healthy ways will help us to develope positive mind.

Can we be happy with less money?

Of course,money is one of our basic necessities in life,but our life and mind should not focused on it.

How do we spend money?

Refrain yourselves from being materialism,instead spend it wisely to have a good mentality.

With all of this things mentioned everyone has the right to decide for himself,its up to us on how we used our money.When i walk around there is a little boy dont want a chocolate or candy anymore all he want is money.Christmas is coming already and this time we tend to spend money,there's should be a plan for it,we called budgeting when we don't earn much ,plan for something which just right for your budget.Do't spend too much beyond your income because you may suffer after the season.

Well,we need to ponder everything that we do ,because in all actions we did ,the effect will also within us,so think twice and be wise.
