Have you ever been encountered being discriminated?Usually this happens everyday to some people .Personally i am one being discriminated before,that really changes my view in life.It really hurts to experienced like this.I am a two years course graduate and when i finished my study,i applied a job in a certain company,with all my requirements and knowledged with that specific job.But one thing is not good for them when they said,'You're not a degree holder though you have the skills but you don't have a degree,it.really breaks my heart.How pitiful is it for people like me who exert effort but as usual not treated equally ?
This is an unjust prejudicial treatment of people or things around not being unfairly treated.
The law of the land has an 'Anti-discrimination law' or non-discrimanation law refers to legislation against particular group of people,these groups are often referred to a protected goups of protected class.This is to help protect the rights and well-being since everyone deserves to access the same rights and have the same oppurtunities in life.
This article is to give emphasis to the people being discriminated.Even in our daily basis,a lot of people suffer with this inspited of ages and sexuality.
Different tyñes of discrimination;
Age -usually this happens with applying a particular job ,if you reach age of 40's you have a lesser chance to get the job.But in other countries they have an amendments in terms of ages bracket.
Disablity-person's with disability had encountered this type of discrimination.But luckily there are a lot of persons with disability excel in different way
Sexual orientation-it refers usually with our fellowmen who are on LGBTQ community,they are discrimated by other employers,inspite of their abilities and skills.There are a lot of people who did not treat them fairly or sometimes being bullied in school,in town,and in the neighborhood.
Status as aparent-like a single mother ,or a solo parent,that are trying to give their effort with the children.By judging them of why did they become a single parent.Lacking of understanding and just often criticize people like them is unfair.
Religious discrimination-there are a lot of religious group in our society.And everyone has different ways and diffent beliefs about,but there's one thst many was lacking of,respect.
National origin-usually it is encountered by people with different tribes.They are being looked with their color,type of hair ,cultural practices and a lot more.
There are a lot of ways that a person can encounter discrimation like an inappropriate jokes,its seems to be funny to the person who said but its kind of offensive to the person being said.Like joking about the hair and the color is more often being used ,it making fun of something by using the physicsl appearance of anybody.
Insulting,is also a way of discrimation,insulting especially in front of many people just because you are a considered like being poor,or lack of education,no degree,no read ,no write,it really breaks my heart in hearing this words.
Name-calling,its kind of calling someone that is not usually not their names like 'hoy kulot'',and a lot more i don't to mention.Probably you may noticed this around you.
And in terms of a worker,not being paid fairly.Usually it happens when the employees who doesn't have a high level of educational background.
Maybe anyone can be a victim.,to whoever you are and whatever kind of life status.It is because of ,lack of respect with culture and racial differences.The failure to accept every differences is the problem,,looking to a person physical appearance and making fun of it.
We need to think twice before saying something that offends the rights of everyone and be professional when talking or relating people.
Refrain from discrimating people,we all know that this act is punishable by the law.
Discrimation is based on the concept of prejudism.It refers to adverse opinion without just grounds or having knowledge about a certain situation.For example in a bus,there was a man who is wearing a hat,long hair,wearing ,eyeglass the people around him thinks that he is a holdaper or a thief or a bad person without a complete knowledge about him.Putting a conclusion to someone's appearance or behavior.
But we need to understand that above all we should considere the feeling of the person being ut in discrimation.Be of a kind heart to show love and compassion to anyone.What have we gained in doing such a abusive kind of act,do we feel happy from it or it makes us away to the people around us?Hear the silent cry lf everyone around us who suffer from this,no need to delay,we need to stop this inhuman kind of way.

So in everything,do to others what you would have them do to you for this sums up the Law and the prophets.
