Be a good steward Part 1

Part of our existence on earth is to become a steward whether in work,our children for marriage people, group,company,store,livestock's,and many more,that we are involved,"we are in charge".Everything that we are into everyday,is a form of stewardship.

It's just like when your working on a certain company,and your boss will go on a trip abroad,to attend a business trip.And he told you to supervise temporarily the people at work.When he comeback,he will now checked your performance if your managing it well while his away.If he found out you'll have chances to be promoted,but if your being irresponsible,it may leads to termination from work,or receiving a lot of comments.

How did a good steward perform?

A good steward will perform his responsibility with commitment.

Despite all any circumstances that may come,if a steward is committed to do his tasks ,he will still pursue it,even if it means of sacrifices.

Just like me,as a mom I consider myself as a steward to my kids,they are not mine,and I'm committed to support them as much as I can,because this is what I'm ought to be.Even if life is too hard,scarcity and poverty may come,but if we are committed parents,we will continue to try harder,work for them.

A good steward is not selfish

Selfishness is one of the enemy of a steward,those who are responsible steward are willing to set aside what they want and comply first of what the master would like to accomplish.Without counting his contributions just to promote his own effort but to support the certain work,group,business ,family,wholeheartedly.

A good steward is productive

Productivity is one of the product of a good stewardship,when it has progress as the days goes by,it will not remained stunted,but it will grow even more.

A good steward is a lover of good

As we always know,that there's nothing good in doing bad,in the end,it will end up disappointing.

Being a steward on our specific field or homes ,we should always (as much as possible)exhibit good within our vicinity.As parents,we should exercise within the family kindness,and good traits so that it can influenced them in a good way.

A good steward accomplished with the required job description

Whatever your role to wherever you are right now,and doing your best in accordance to your duty,and fulfilling your responsibility,I commend you for giving 101% of your effort .Because as a good steward,we should get things done,and doing it with faithfulness .

We can be a responsible steward with these things;

• Time

Maybe it sounds so simple,but if you try to look at it deeply,this is our responsibility as a person day by day,of how do we spend our time,from morning to evening.Are we become productive?As a wife,I have some regrets for being irresponsible sometimes,to spend my time with things that are unnecessary,just like talking others people's lives,and procrastination.

I consider myself being irresponsible steward when;

• I can hurt people

• Talk nonsense

• Giving opinion without thinking

It always matters to think,and think before reacting.

• Family

Its one of the biggest privilege that we ever have on earth,being responsible in our family.As parents,we are steward in guiding our children fulfilling our responsibility according to our role.

• Nature

This one of our responsibility,to be responsible and being mindful in our nature.Just like managing our garbage and everything that affects the mother earth.As we have observed,climate change is affecting us,it seems that this world becomes old ,and it's not going on how should it goes well,just like before

Our stewardship starts in our own home,and the nature around us.

• A good steward can have a sweet reward

Every good works deserves appreciation and recognition in time.A thank you may never enough but if we have done everything with clear concsience,everything that we do will be considered as fulfilling.

A simple hugs,from our children ,when they say ,thanks ma,is the sweetest word ever heard.

A good steward is a job well done,until the day that we look back on how did we live life,we find ourselves no regrets .

Note that:there's no perfect human,if we fail ,keep trying....
