Many people already know what they need to do to get better, fitter and healthier.

It can be a struggle to stay consistent I know.
It's this gap between knowledge and behaviour that the WellnessXT coaching program seeks to bridge.
After all, knowledge is only truly useful when it's been applied beneficially for the body, mind or spirit.
Most people have access to and absorb the knowledge but that satisfies them enough without applying it with action.

The real issue is being ready, willing and able to take action on the knowledge they have.
