Celebrate This to Keep Motivated and On Track.

Normally we like to praise and celebrate measurable results or completion of goals.

That's fine of course but along the often long and challenging journey to completing our goals we can become unmotivated.

If we fall off the wagon without any results or completing a goal then our motivation is shot to pieces.

We rarely have total control over the end result but what we do have control over is our own behaviours.

Mastering fundamentals and establishing new habits is what we have greater control over.

''And as such should be praised and celebrated.''

This is about the journey and process, not to get so hung up on the outcome.

So which behaviours are you most proud of?

Which behaviours and new habits were most difficult that you succeeded in changing?

Think about which behaviours and habits will get you to your goal and celebrate each newly established positive habit.

So today lets celebrate a positive new habit and keep them coming as we head into the new year.
