Quesadilla Today is a "No Rice" day at home. We were having a Cheesy Beef Quesadilla for dinner. Thanks to my daughter who was very kind to prepare our food. It was so delicious and cheesy with lots of beef , mushrooms and onions. I finished 3 slices and was already full. She used a tomato wheat wrap and the extra bolognese sauce she cooked for lunch. She also made some pizza bread using a few pieces of the slice bread left. A very smart girl preparing a very special meal. Thank you my dear.
