Smoked Fish I was craving to eat smoked fish or tinapa. I used to eat this when I was still working in Manila. I loved its smoky flavor. I'm glad that I found an online seller here in our city selling tinapa. I ordered this morning and it was delivered this afternoon. I hope this taste good. I only fried it. Since I don't have tomatoes at home, I got the atchara to go with the tinapa. This is our viand for dinner. Kain po tayo.
