The sun has finally appeared. I was busy earlier because our order of meat arrived at 7am and I had to process it to be kept inside the freezer. After I kept all the meat, I also marinated a half kilo of beef tapa. While I was slicing the beef, my eldest daughter came down from their room and I asked her if she's eating breakfast. I already prepared some ham to be cooked but I was still busy so she did the cooking. It's timely that when I was done with my task and she was also finished cooking the ham. For my breakfast this morning, I prepared a double ham and cheese sandwich with cucumber. I toasted my bread with cheese until the cheese melted before adding the ham and cucumber. I also had a hot milk with a little coffee. I hope you have eaten breakfast too. Enjoy your Thursday.
