-SINUKMANI- A moderate rain has been continuously falling this afternoon and the sky got even darker. My hot cup of black coffee and sweet sticky rice cake will surely beat this chilly weather. By the way, 'Sinukmani' is our local name for 'Biko' or sweet rice cake made of glutinous rice, coconut milk, anise seeds, and brown sugar. We garnish it with latik or ground peanuts sometimes.
