𝐍𝐒Ñ𝐧 𝐠ā𝐨 What? Do I sound foreign to you? Yet, the Chinese will understand for sure. It is the π—§π—Άπ—Έπ—Όπ˜† in our vernacular. A kind of rice cake made from glutinous rice flour with milk, butter, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and decorated with pili nuts and grated cheese on top. I just bought these slices from our food snack supplier. My mom had been an excellent special Tikoy maker. I remember those days when I helped her baked this rice cake every Christmas and New Year's eve in an old fashioned way. The batter is steamed for hours depending on the desired thickness. It is gooey and creamy. πŸ˜‹ https://noise.app/Vin0 =♀= #VR_Photography #Filipinofood #tikoy #ricecake #snack
