Wet Market Does a wet market becomes dry at all? After a series of the meat-filled menus of the holidays my body cries for some fish and vegetables. So, I went to the wet market amidst the stormy weather in oder to buy them. I like the feel and rawness of the wet market which make me more sensible. ABO Fish (tiger toothed croaker) It's lunchtime and my food is ready. I fried the Abo fish that I bought last time. This fish is commonly found in our region. It has a mild taste and believed to be rich in omega 3. That's why it is a little pricey than that of Bangus (milk fish). I have a little achara (pickled papaya), some citrus (calamansi), and slices of pineapple to complete the set.
