ＫＩＮＡＫＡＷ I had this popular local delicacy during my coffee time. It is called Kinakaw in the vernacular. This pastry is made of flour and other ingredients which are shaped into rings then fried and coated with sugar syrup. It is my first time to see this food. Kinakaw in tagalog means stolen. Hmm interesting name for a food. 😊
