I cooked this simple "Nilagang Baboy" (pork stew) for lunch. It's a simple recipe consisted of pork leg, vegetables, camote (sweet potato), and taro corms. 👉 Cooking Tip: I used to sauté the meat with onion, garlic, and ginger and let it simmer for some time to achieve that meaty flavorful taste before adding water to make it tender. 👈 Now the rain starts to pour so timely for this hot soup.
