•Coconut Corn Porridge• I dozed off while listening to afternoon thunder. As usual it was just a dry thunderstorm. Rain seems elusive these days in our area. Anyway, the snack we ordered has arrived. This time it's a sweet porridge consisted of glutinous rice cooked in coconut milk.
