How made-up is your mind?
The control of an individual is from the mind. Every action that you do and will do begins first in your mind. You see, the mind is a place, it’s has the power of creation through imagination and thoughts. What you think is who you become because your actions goes in line with your thoughts; it’s more powerful when you visualize what you think with your imagination.
When we say someone’s mind is made-up, it a phrase used to describe a mind that has a decision already made in it which won’t be changed for any reason. I think that’s clear enough.
A man with a made-up mind can die for a cause, he can stake a lot for his decision. Living our lives with our minds made-up will bring us closer to a goal that we have decided to achieve faster than when we live without a definite decision. Men kill for what they believe in, this is because, they have made-up their minds to a belief. Soldiers can stake their lives in battle because they have decided to die for that cause.
What do you want to achieve in your life? Or do you know what you want but you have unserious with it? I advise you dear, make up your mind, decide that you will achieve what you want, so long it’s for a good cause, you will achieve it no matter the distraction and criticism that may come your way. When you make such a decision, you begin to live life as though it were a mission. You will adopt the method of accountability and strive for excellence as you will expect results from anything you invest your time into since you are now living your life to achieve a goal that you have set your mind on. Many people don’t do a lot in their lifetime, one of the reasons is indecision, the absence of a definite purpose at heart and lack of necessary actions. Don’t be like that, always decide, have a cause that you have chosen to follow and let that cause always be positive and impactful in the ways it can be.
A made-up mind is powerful, it’s necessary and inevitable. If you want to achieve anything in life, you must have it. When your mind is not made-up, you float in indecisions, embracing it as a way of life. This subject cannot be overemphasized, think about it, let it run through your mind.
