Are you like me and drink a cup of coffee first thing in morning? You pour your first cup and gulp it down, pouring another shortly after. Soon you start slowing down, feeling a little sluggish. You pour another cup and get that quick boost, but not long after you're back to feeling like a zombie. Does coffee raise your vibration, or is it a short term fix with longer term consequences? We all want to perform at our very best, and stay in a high frequency of vibration, but does coffee really help? The world we live in is all about instant gratification, without considering future expense. I'll discuss how coffee effects your vibration, and if we should replace it with something else to maintain our "good vibes"!

What Does Coffee Do?

Coffee contains caffeine, which is considered a stimulant according the Alcohol and Drug Foundation. A stimulant speeds up the messages sent between the brain and the body, which is why we love it so much first thing in the morning! You get that quick jolt, and drinking coffee makes you feel more alert, energized, and gives you that extra little boost. According to Harvard Studies there are a number of health benefits associated with coffee including reduced risk of: Cardiovascular disease, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, and type 2 diabetes. Like everything, moderation is key. Drinking coffee can also lead to increased anxiety, insomnia, dehydration, headaches, and irritability. (Don't even talk to me till I've had my first cup in the morning!) All of which are associated with being in a low vibration. Coffee isn't good or bad, but there are alternatives that can give you the same benefit while raising your vibration!

So Does Coffee Raise Or Lower Your Vibration?

Coffee gives you a quick boost and makes you alert and focused, but the effects only last a short time. As soon as you start feeling sluggish, you go for another cup. Pretty soon you need more coffee to maintain that energy. Because it's such an easy and quick solution, we quickly become dependent on it. When the effects wear off, we feel wayyyy more tired and run down than before. It's a temporary fix, which creates a bigger problem in the future. Increased anxiety is one side affect of coffee consumption, and anxiety is associated with being in a lower vibration.

Anxiety is grouped together with the feeling of being overwhelmed, boredom, and self-doubt. It's ranked just below frustration and irritation, which are two more effects of drinking coffee (or when we stop...). We vibrate at the frequency of what we feel, and we attract more of the same people, circumstances, and things as our vibration. Being in a low vibration creates blockages that will keep you stuck in a rut, and prevent you from experiencing the life you really want!

High Vibration Coffee Alternatives

  • Exercise:
Get your body moving, and the heart pumping. Once I started working out every morning, I felt supercharged throughout my day. Not only did I get a HUGE confidence boost from getting something done, but I feel better about my self and my body. Moving around and raising your heart rate is a great way to raise your vibration. Take a walk, do jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups, squats, or whatever gets your blood flowing. When you elevate your heart rate you increase circulation and oxygen intake. The additional oxygen aids in mental clarity, intelligence, and boosts your immune system.

  • Drink cold water:
I know, I know, this isn't the sexiest option. A glass of cold water first thing in the morning will increase your metabolism and purify your body. Cold water also helps flush out the extra toxins that built up from your night of sleep! (Obviously I'm a morning person LOL). Coffee dehydrates you extremely fast, which causes headaches and irritability.

  • Listen to Music:
The first thing I do every morning is listen to high frequency vibration tracks. The subaudible soundwave technology involved in these tracks is specifically designed to make me feel relaxed, and energized. It takes me less than 10 minutes of listening before I feel like I'm in that high vibration state. The specific frequency of the tracks automatically removes negative vibration thoughts and beliefs from my mind, replacing them with high vibe thoughts to attract what I want. My life radically changed when I started doing this!

Coffee Can Raise or Lower your Vibration

It is what you make it. Are you drinking a pot of coffee before you've even left the house, stopping at Starbucks on your way to work, and then drinking more coffee before noon? You probably feel just a little jittery, anxious, uneasy, and irritable. On the other hand, do you have a cup of coffee in the morning when you wake up, and go about your day? You probably feel at peace, joyful, excited, happy, and blissful. What coffee does to one person might not have the same effect as it does on another. I know that reducing the amount of coffee I drink raised my vibration. I was heavily dependent on it, and I decided to make a change. Determine what benefit you receive from drinking coffee, and then come up with any drawbacks you experience. Weigh the pros and cons, and do what's best for you!

I still drink coffee today, but I've limited it to just a few cups a day. How much coffee do you drink? Have you ever tried replacing it with something different? Tell me about your experience!
