Nature is always healing... actually it can be useful for relaxing or sleeping better. The waterfalls or the waves of the sea, wonderful for being calmer. And if we practice silence, we can appreciate the tree branches moving and the funny chirping of the birds. Here I can hear, and somehow those natural sounds give some kind of peace and relief.
