The Island's setting contains an almost perfect view of half of Biliran Island. Dalutan Island is only a 15-minute trip away with boat from Talahid Beach. **HIGATANGAN ISLAND** This island looks like a gigantic tounge that has been stretch for a nearly a couple of hundred meters. It is one of the most visited tourist attractions in Biliran. **SAMBAWAN ISLAND** It is included in the top tourist spot not just because of it's beautiful scenery, but also there are lots of kinds of sea creature living around the spot. **COCO GROVE OR THE TALAHID BEACH RESORT.** This is the most attractive and most known spot in Biliran. Because of it's powder-like white sand, different kinds of coral reefs and the beautiful scenery of it's neighboring islands made the island so attractive. A real Navaleño. Around 7:00 pm just tonight September 14, 2020, Monday, Naval Municipalpal Mayor Gerard Espina announced on his Facebook account post that he will be giving free face masks to all barangay of the Municipality using his own money. On his Facebook post; "Good evening my fellow Navaleños! Simula bukas, mamimigay po ako ng libreng face shields per family sa buong lungsod ng Naval. Sariling gastos po ito at kung magtanong po kayo kung bakit, itong personal na ipon ko po ay para dapat sa birthday celebration ko noong August 29. Alam ko pong mas kailangan po natin ng proteksyon sa pamilya at kahit sa ganitong munting paraan makapasalamat ako sa diyos. Di po kami magpapatawag dahil bawal public gatherings so bisitahin ko po kayo, stay safe and kitakits sa Barangay." This is indeed an act of a true Navaleño and an Ideal leader.

First reported case of local transmission in our Province. Local Transmission is a reality and it exist inside our Province due mostly to people going out for essential purposes or inside due to work and others. The only way to be safe for everyone is to subject all persons going inside our Province for the test whether PCR, Rapid test or Antigen Test to find out if they are infected or not.We are fooling ourselves to believe that APORS are the only persons immune to this virus and that they may go in and out of any area without having been tested and are not carriers of the Virus. I broke up with my Accountant girlfriend. BROKE UP WITH MY ACCOUNTANT GIRLFRIEND Naabutan ko ang girlfriend ko na tutok na tutok nanaman sa kanyang notebook pati sa calculator. Notebook at calculator ata talaga ang boyfriend nito at hindi ako. Napangiti nalang ako nang may maisip na kalokohan. Tumakbo ako papalapit dito, at niyakap s'ya mula sa likuran. "What? Nag so-solve ako dun ka muna!" Kunot ang noo n'yang saad habang may tinitipa sa calculator. "Puro nalang calculator, ako naman muna." I whispered. "I'm busy! Can't you see? Mamaya ka na."  "Lagi nalang ako mamaya? Pagdating sa 'kin puro mamaya? Edi yang calculator nalang jowain mo, tutal yan naman lagi mong inuuna!" Nakanguso kong saad. "Oo, mas importante kase 'to." Saad n'ya, na parang wala lang. "Edi mag break na tayo! Mas importante pa pala yan kaysa sa 'kin e!" Inis kong saad at tumayo na. "Seryoso ka?" Tumigil ito sa ginagawa at humarap sa 'kin. "Mukha ba akong nang gagago?! Pagod na ako, lagi ka nalang ganyan! Pati ba naman calculator kaagaw ko na sayo?!" Malakas kong saad at tumalikod na, akmang aalis na ako nang pigilan n'ya ako. "Teka lang naman!"  Nakahinga ako ng malalim nang pigilan n'ya ako. "What? Nag sisisi ka na ba?" Masaya kong tanong. "Hindi, pero yung mga ginastos ko sayo, remember?" Nakataas ang isang kilay n'yang saad. W-What? Kinuha n'ya ang kanyang notebook at may ipinakita sa 'kin. "A-Ano to?" Saad ko nang makita ang mahabang listahan. "Tatlong page yan! Yan yung mga ginastos ko, nung sinabi mong naiwan mo yung pera mo, nung nag date tayo, nandyan lahat ng utang mo." Saad n'ya at iniabot sa akin ang notebook. I scanned her notebook, and shit! "60,000?!" Nanlalaki ang mata kong binasa ang total ng lahat. "Yes, actually kulang pa 'yan, I invested my time, money, and feelings! Bayaran mong lahat 'yan bago ka makipagbreak!" Para akong naubusan ng dugo, at nang hina! San ko kukuhain yung 60,000?! "B-Babe, may sasabihin sana ako sayo e'." Nahihiya kong saad. "Ano 'yon?"  "It's a prank babe! Di ako makikipagbreak!" Palusot ko at niyakap s'ya. "Ikaw talaga!" Pabiro n'ya akong hinampas. "Sige lang babe, mag solve ka lang d'yan take your time! I love you." "I love you too!" She said as she kissed me. The woman i met. I used to be a home boy-House and school daily routine. Then I met this girl who I thought was the one. I almost gave her my all. My time, attention. I couldn't make time for my friends then. Yes it's true that when you're too in love, she's all you wanted to see, you crave for her presence every single time. After she showed you heaven, she brought you in hell. That's when everything has changed. You argue more often than you cuddle. You keep chasing her even after she pushed you away. Yes call me stupid but I love her. I hate to see myself hurting everytime she laughs at my 6-pages text. And when she said she's not coming back, it's like somebody poked the dominoes you took effort to built and they all broke down. It fucking hurts. You cry every night, wished she'll change her mind and you'll see her waiting at your door begging for you to accept her again. But heck no, she's happier now than she has ever with you. She never thought of you anymore, no not even once. And there you are, stalking, hurting, crying. Seeing her pictures with boys and she looked painfully happy. Then you start to ruin your life. They say a bottle of beer might make you forget her easily, but you drink 5 bottles already and she's still the girl you wanna drink with. Tried flirting some other girl, but shit shes all you see in someone else's face. You tried so hard to forget her but you just can't. Then you prayed, prayed that you'll stop from ruining yourself because she had already ruined every piece of your being. And you realized that she's not worth it, she never fucking was. She was never worth of the love you gave and the tears you shed for her. You regretted dating girls you don't like and hanging out with the wrong people. You wished they never happened and that you're still the old you your friends used to know. So you went back to your old self, but a cannot-be-swept-away-by-romantic-fantasies kind of boy now. Then you became better as ever. Stronger and happier. 😄

I was broken. I fall in love with a woman. She was great and an amazing one. I really thought that she will be the one for me for the rest of my life. We were happy for Almost 3 years being together. Wherever she goes, i was always there. She made me feel that i am the only man in her world. I was really deeply fallen inlove with her. But everything changes when a man came to her life. They became friends. As time goes by, they have more time with each other than to our relationship. She was being comfortable with the guy. I told her that i was feeling jealous already, but she only said they were just friends and nothing to worry about. Now they are happy together and celebrating their first anniversary, while I was here still broke for one year.

Class resuming is safe? The resuming of classes was stated to be on October 1, 2020. The Commission on Higher Education has announced after the class enrollment for 2020-2021 was suspended due to the rise of Covid-19 cases. Speaking of the pandemic, day by day the case is highly progressing in every region in the Philippines. With this, life will still not be back on normal. What are your thoughts about this topic?
