Class resuming is safe?

The resuming of classes was stated to be on October 1, 2020. The Commission on Higher Education has announced after the class enrollment for 2020-2021 was suspended due to the rise of Covid-19 cases. Speaking of the pandemic, day by day the case is highly progressing in every region in the Philippines. With this, life will still not be back on normal. What are your thoughts about this topic?
