Parents are really pissed off and I can really attest the fact that local government is so unprofessional. π Anyways, we just got home from health center. Ohayo! I am back after a very long hiatus in blogging. For everyone's knowledge, I had to be inactive for months because I had to focus on my work as a call center agent here in Makati, Philippines. I work there for only 2 months and sadly, I made a decision to step down due to some valid reasons including my mental and physical health. Being a call center is not that easy. That is why I really am proud to those agents that were trying their best to live and survive. Up to now, I am still reaching out to my company because my Team Lead and Supervisor don't want me to resign. But I already made an irreversible decision and I am just hoping they would really understand my situation. I don't have enough savings since I am working with my treatment and recovery. But I know that God will provide. I still have remaining months to seek some opportunities and to make my life better. (γγΈοΏ£γ)

Good Day!!! π»π» Today is very gloomy. I woke up at four in the morning, but I told my son that I wouldn't let him attend school because of the heavy rain. We decided to go back to sleep. A few hours later, I suddenly woke up due to a few seconds of ground movement. At first, I thought my son was just above the double deck of my bed and was just being naughty. But then I saw him on the balcony and realized that the earth was really moving. I hurriedly called him and shouted, "There's an earthquake!". It lasted for, I think, one or two minutes. My son also told me to duck, cover, and hold, but because of panic, we quickly ran down to the first floor of our house. After the quake, my siblings started to message in our group chat and ask how we were all doing. Glad no one got hurt in our household. Up to this day, scientists cannot detect when an earthquake will hit. But because there are three active volcanoes as of this moment in our country, there is no doubt that maybe, the quake that happened might be related to either Bulkang Taal or Bulkang Mayon. Anyways, I hope that all of you are safe and sound.

My High Hopes What's up, everyone? I attempted to put a temporary halt to writing and instead concentrate on something else, like learning a new skill through the Udemy website, because I've been really busy with other aspects of my life and desperately need to seek a job. To be really honest, I have a lot of financial instability, and there are times when I find it difficult to sleep because I have to hunt for work. I'm beginning to lose faith. Finding a job is actually not tough, but I have a hard time showing up for the final interviews since they ask me to quit studying if I ever truly want that job. In addition to a competitive base salary for a new employee, they also promised me bonuses and other benefits. But in the end, I'm turning down the offer since they want me to sign a document promising not to continue my education. That is a tough choice, especially as I enter my fourth year of college and strive for a Latin award. I also discussed this issue with my partner, but as he is also dealing with professional issues of his own, I decided to go it alone since I wanted to be independent. I just need to be ready in case I ever have to make a sacrifice. This morning, as I awoke, I felt the urge to resume blogging. I became inspired to write something and opened my other blogging platforms. I prompted myself to think positively, peruse my daily horoscope, and begin another productive day. As a result, I'd be willing to take advantage of any academic or career-related opportunities that could come my way if I ever got employed. It turned out that it's just me who is celebrating birthday today. By the way, Kelzy no longer often posts since she now also works in the outside world. We continued thinking about how wealthy we were from 2021 to 2022 as a result of this platform and noise.cash. I suppose I might say that thus far, I have been grateful for my many blessings. Thank God, despite the fact that I have almost no money left, I can still make ends meet. I'm still getting ready to apply to various BPO firms around as of right now. Actually, interviews have been held by a number of sites and businesses, but I always falter in the final interview. Other employers ask me much too many questions regarding my studies. I don't see why they are unwelcoming to college students looking for work. Do they not realize how much a college student may contribute to a business? Is it hard to hire students who are willing to work just to continue their studies? Even after we graduate, the firm will likely keep us on, and what's more amazing is that we will be able to provide even more after we have a degree, which will improve their reputation with students. I don't know why they don't get it. Anyway, because today is my day, I prefer not to worry about anything for too long. I recently finished off my last few school assignments, submitted some job applications via Jobstreet, and then watched some reels to pass the time. I give thanks to God even if I now experience some financial hardship since he has not abandoned me. Simply put, I believe it's fortunate that neither my kid nor I get ill. My health is the most essential thing to me. However, having money is still preferable since it will make you happier, allow you to purchase everything you desire, and provide you many more opportunities to spend it wisely. Just one more week, and the month of May will be over. Aggh, up to this moment, I am still looking for a job. I tried to apply to several BPO companies, and I always passed the initial screenings and even the audio assessments. But I still ended up not being hired for some reason. First, they don't want a student working in the account that they are offering to me, and second, the account doesn't sound right to me since I am a newbie with no BPO experience. A while back, I got two interviews over the phone. Actually, I am starting to get used to it and be confident with my answers. I know that I am good at an English accent and I just have some problems with the grammar, but still, I know I am qualified. I am thinking to start by June if ever get hired because the semester will be about to close by next week. And since I am now in my last term, we are just required to attend some seminars and pass some international examinations for us to become great HR practitioners soon. But the fact is, I am really running out of money and I think that the remaining amount of cash will be gone in a few weeks. So my plan now is to look for a job. I think that if I get hired by June, I'll be able to save some money that I can spend for the next semester. I am really sorry if I wasn't able to write a blog here. I am really trying my best to survive, but since I have some time today, I just want to let others know that I am still alive and kicking. Thank you so much if you still know my name. For those who don't know, Palm Sunday is commemorated before Easter Sunday. Since Holy week is about to start for us Catholics, one of the things we do is to go to church and get our palms blessed. Today, is an ordinary day for me but when I left the house I saw many people coming home from church. Filipinos have a different belief in the catholic religion. I can say that most of us have a lot of faith because every time I visit churches, I see and feel how strong their faith is. While my boyfriend and I were out, we suddenly talked about his upcoming birthday. But since that day falls on Holy Week, he said we will just celebrate on Saturday or Sunday. There are sayings that it is forbidden to have fun and eat delicious food on these days except for Easter Sunday, but I told him that depends on your faith. Okay, this is my perspective only so I hope no Catholics will get offended. I also grew up in a very traditional family. years ago, our grandmother always forbade us to bathe for three days during Holy week. Even eating chicken, pork and anything else were also forbidden. But when I thought about it and had the chance to worship in different religions such as the Christian Baptist, I realized that it is not necessary to follow some of the traditional things especially if it will have an effect on your health and hygiene. For me, your belief in God is more important. He only died once and for me, He doesn't want us to sacrifice. I think it's okay to still follow such superstitions but what's more important to me is during this Holy Week season, you can reflect well on yourself, the people you meet and the things you do. For me, living the word of the Lord is more essential. So to those who will celebrate the Holy Week, let's not put up with the heat in our country so let's all take a bath, just kidding! π€‘

For sure there are many who are planning to prank some people but I want you guys to know that you need to consider some factors before doing things like pranking people. To be honest, it is no doubt that some things are fun especially when it brings entertainment to ourselves but deep inside, we must learn to consider the feelings of other people as well. Let me tell you a short story why I stopped posting every April Fool's Day. So years ago, I posted a pregnancy test. Many people were surprised and sent me personal messages to congratulate me. But when I said it's just an entry for celebrating April Fool's, a few people got angry and one of those who got annoyed with my post was my partner's sister. Well, she didn't fight me or reprimand me, but the way she posted something on Facebook, I know that post is made to attack me. I felt guilty after that. I found out that he has been hoping to have children for several years but his partner is not blessing them. I now learned my mistakes and I didn't repeat them again. One thing I realized is that, when making a joke, you have to consider other people's feelings. It may be a small mistake that I made to others, but to those mothers who miss their babies, I have to be sensitive. That is why I refrain myself from doing that again. I will also add the fake calls that call fastfood chains to order lots of foods and also the booking of grab taxis, foodpanda, and so on. On this day, let's just make a meaningful memory that many people will enjoy. Stop making pranks especially when it hurts others. Let's start to normalize that there are people who are killjoys or their sensitivity level is really high. Anyways, that concludes my blog today. Speaking of unwinding, I am starting to think about the pilgrimage sites we can visit this coming holy week. ***Huwaw, akala mo talaga may bakasyon.*** ππ But since I only have a few days and time to unwind, I am looking for some itinerary sites around metro manila and location. **First Option, Regina Rica in Tanay, Rizal** This is my top choice that I really want to go to during holy week because I have seen it several times on Facebook and many say that this location is really beautiful and perfect for those looking for peace of mind, *charot*.
