Slow progress is better than no progress.

Hey there Readcashers, trust you are doing good. Well, a happy new month to you dear readers. It's a new month to start something different. It's never to late to try. You want something? Then go for it! I'll say.

But remember,

Some times things don't always go as planned. Oh! The outing didn't turn out well. I didn't follow this years schedule. I didn't save enough money for my needs. This wasn't how I expected it to be. I didn't focus well this time. Some things don't happen the way we want them too. We make mistakes, we all make mistakes, we fail, we fall apart, things get turned upside down, but it's all good. You don't need to be sad, you don't have to worry.

There's just something I want you to know

No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn't trying. As long as you're being consistent in what you're doing to get what you want, you're good. It doesn't need to come in a rush.

Remember, slow and steady wins the race. Also remember that without struggle, there's no progress. Good things doesn't come easy. There are always obstacles, obstruction. Things would delay it. Some things would make it harder to reach. It is your enthusiasm to reach for it that matters. As long as you're doing some thing for that thing you want, you're moving.

If you're on the path of something good, run for it. If you're tired, jog. If you can't jog, walk. If you can't walk, crawl but don't stop keep moving. Keep moving, keep trying till you get there.

Don't be dissatisfied with the fact that maybe your best friend, your sister, your neighbor is doing way better than you are. Maybe you are both working in the same field and your best friend is progressing than you, he/she is getting promoted, getting appraisal, getting more experienced, becoming a master at that field and you're wondering if you are even trying. Trying to figure out what's wrong with.

Sometimes, in some cases you may need to buckle up, try to figure out a new way, come up with something different, maybe brainstorm ideas. But in most cases where both persons are giving in and one is progressing than the other. You don't need to feel jealous or feel irrelevant and the likes. Just have this at the back of the mind.

Direction is so much more important than speed, some are going nowhere fast.

What if your colleague isn't even specific in what they want, but you are(Direction). But you are slow at progressing and they are really fast(speed). Well, they are just going nowhere really fast and at some point they'll get tired. Why? It's because there's no map to follow, no instructions, they aren't even sure where they are going or what they want. So they'll stop to rest or even quit. But you being steady, specific, following the map, having instructions, you'll end up winning in the end.

Take the popular story of the tortoise and the hare for example. If you know this story well you'll definitely relate to this. It always end up in a phrase saying

"Slow and steady wins the race".

I'll just say determination, perseverance, faith, patience and helps one to progress. I guess the tortoise had faith he would win and was patient enough. Even if he knew he was slow, still he didn't let that get the better of him. And he won.

"Direction is so much more important than speed, some are going nowhere fast".

Thank you for reading. Until next time unparalleled 👍

The important thing is to build the building one brick at a time. Patience achieves everything, the important thing is not to cross our arms, we must work for what we want, understanding that every effort has a reward that sooner or later will be received by us. let's focus our attention and effort in building our progress, success will come in addition.

it is better slow than never. I always ask question in to why my friends have good results and I am doing the same thing but nothing is happening on me. I better not watch them but watch my progress and what went wrong to avoid panic and confusion.
