LOOK at what's happening right now. Adam and Eve are cast out of the garden of Eden. Do you know why?

Adam and Eve were banished to the garden of Eden Because they did something so bad, something they were forbidden. God told them they could eat fruit in the garden. But God said that they could not eat a fruit, because they would die. It was for him. Wouldn't it be bad to take what isn't yours?

Once, when Eve was alone in the garden, a serpent spoke to her. Mind you! It told Eve to eat fruit that God had forbidden. We know the snake can't speak, can we? So someone else speaks through the snake. Who could that be?

Not Adam. So that is certainly one of the angels that Jehovah made long before he made the earth. An angel became too proud. He wanted her to obey instead of Jehovah.

This is the angel who spoke through the serpent. She told Eve that she would be God when she ate the fruit, and she believed. So he ate, as did Adam. They disobeyed God, and they lost their good home.

But someday, God will make sure that the whole earth will be as beautiful as the garden of Eden. We will also find out how you can contribute to its beauty. But first, let's find out what happened to Adam and Eve.

Genesis 2:16, 17; 3: 1-13, 24; Revelation 12: 9

Genesis 2:16, 17

Genesis 2:16, 17 16 Jehovah God also commanded man: “From every tree of the garden you may eat to satisfaction.

17 But you must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, for in the day you eat from it you will surely die. ”B

Genesis 3: 1-13 3

And the wild beast * is the most careful * of all wild animals in the field that Jehovah God has made. So she said to the woman: "Did God really say that you cannot eat fruit from all the trees in the garden?" The woman answered the serpent: “We can eat fruit from the trees in the garden. But as for the fruit of the tree that is in the middle of the garden, God said: 'You must not eat the fruit from that tree and do not touch it so that you will not die.' ” 4 And the serpent said to the woman, “Surely you will not die. 5 For God knows that in the very day you eat the fruit from that tree, your eyes will be opened and you will be like God, knowing good and evil. ”F 6 Because of this, the woman saw that the fruit of the tree was delicate and good looking, yes, it was delicious. So he took some of the fruit and ate it. Then their eyes were opened and they saw that they were naked. So they tied the fig leaves together and tied them around their waist 8 And at midday, * they heard the voice of Jehovah God as he walked in the garden. And the man and his wife hid themselves from Jehovah God among the trees of the garden. 9 And Jehovah God repeatedly called the man and said: "Where are you?" 10 Finally, she replied: “I heard your voice in the garden, but I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid.” 11 So God said: "Who told you that you were naked? Did you eat fruit from the tree I forbade?" k 12 The man said, "The woman whom you gave to be with me, she has given me of the fruit of the tree so that I may eat." 13 Then Jehovah God said to the woman: “What is this you have done?” The woman answered, "The serpent deceived me, and I ate."

Genesis 3:24 24

God drove out the man, and to the east of the garden of Eden he placed cherubim and a flaming sword continually spinning. He did this to guard the way to the tree of life.

Revelation 12:

9 So the great dragon was cast out, the original serpent, called the Devil and Satan, who deceived the whole world, e cast him down to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
