Early Rising is the habit of getting up from bed very early in the dawn. All of the great and successful men had the habit of rising early in the morning.
There are many benefits of early rising.
Mental & Physical refreshment
One very significant benefit of early rising is that it refresh one's mind & reduce the stress level. The morning air freshens our mind. And if we do some physical exercise it provides us with great physical activeness throughout the day.

Provides more time to work
It gives you more time in the morning which gives a great start of the day to make it more productive.

So, when you rise early in the morning, you can do more work than a average day. On the other hand waking up late feels like the whole day is wasted.
Helps to enjoy sound sleep
The person who rises early generally goes to bed early. So, he can enjoy better sleep than those who keeps late hour at night.

Early risers can make a complete routine of their work plan of the whole day. And they get ample time to perform those.
