Before I delve into writing my goals for this December I would like to express my gratitude to my two sponsors because of whom I get encouraged to write more into this platform read.cash @foryoubtc09 and @renren16
As the name suggests what I have planned for my December journey I would directly come to the topic and before starting I'd like to also show my gratitude all the readers.
1. Complete syllabus of a particular classπ§βππ§βπ
As I am still a student and am doing graduation from an open university and at the same time I'm preparing for a competitive exam which requires a good amount of effort so I have already completed many syllabi and I do want to complete the syllabus of the current class I'm studying.
And then after completing the syllabus of this class I would also try to start reading the reference books to give myself a head start towards my competition.
At the same time, I also have semester exams starting from Dec 16. I would need to focus more on time management.
2. To read Books- π§βππ§βππ§βπ
Since I started reading books lately in my life and realising the importance of reading books I made a plan to cover 2 books each month.
Therefore in this auspicious month of December I intent to finish
-The atomic Habits and,
- The subtle art of not giving a f**k
And to achieve this goal I determine to dedicate 15-20 minutes daily towards reading them or 10-15 pages daily.
Also since these books are dedicated to self-development therefore I'm of the firm belief that these types of books shouldn't be read in one go.
3. Self-improvement-:πππ
I'm still in my teens and I believe that this is the age where you can improve yourself drastically or can also destroy yourself. And I choose to improve myself and inculcate high values into me and develop many skills required for the future. To invest my time into things which I shall not have to worry about in the future and so that when I look back myself I find myself investing 'young myself' into the beautiful things.
- removing negative vibes out of me
- Adopt a habit of practicing meditation daily for 5 minutes
- Eye exercise for 2 minutes daily because I have some sort of allergy in my eyes.
- Daily evening walks for 1.5-2km on the days I don't run.
- Adopt a proper sleep cycle from 2100 -0500. (My eyes have developed dark circles and it worries me as It hampers my look and I am very concerned about my look). In the past, I have not given much importance to sleep.
- Learn to cook something new. (I already learned a few things to cook)πͺπ₯ͺπ₯ͺπ³π³
- Maintain a diary where I shall write the most embracing moments of mine.
4. Run and exercise:πΆπΆπΆπΆ
I also have become interested in running so I determine myself to run at least 75km this month and also follow a pattern of 3-4 runs a week. So that I practice a good habit of running. I also will work on improving my body shape and with the help of a proper schedule and training, I maintain my body and remains healthy.
Last night I saw a competition of 7k on Dec 31 but I think I'd rather participate in another race because at this point in time I do not want a 7k race.
I also intend to do 4 repetition runs this month (one in a week ) as I want to work on my pace. And to be honest I dislike repetition runs.
5. Write an article a day.βοΈποΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
Since I am on this platform I do not only want to be the reader here rather I also want to participate in the read.cash community by also publishing my own writings and since I already am being sponsored by 2 people so I want to make full use of opportunities availed to me and want to stand to their beliefs in me.
This month has 31days but I am dedicating myself to writing 30articles.
I wish I can healthily maintain my 30 days streak.
6. To reach 20 subscribers:πππ
I already mentioned that I am willing to dedicate myself to writing thirty articles and I would try my best to produce a valuable article for the precious readers so I think achieving the target of 20 subscribers is not a big deal if I'm able to engage the people to my articles
If things go according to the plan and if each of my articles can bring about 5 views I also think I can achieve 150 views this month and maybe more so achieving 150 views is another sub-target of mine
7. To earn A dollar and a half:π°π°π°
With my ex-post calculations, I made an ex-ante that if I can manage 0.05 dollars on each article of mine I can earn 1.50 dollars.
(0.05 dollars/article * 30 articles = 1.50 dollars)
And I'm not trying to set a very hi-fi target rather a subtle target which I can achieve also since I'm new here.
The result of this month's earnings and calculations could make me able to make more advanced goals the next time.
8. Achieve a study hour of 150 hours:π§βππ§βπ
I planned to do 40hours a week towards my studies so if I do calculations of 40hours multiplied by 4 weeks I will get 160 hours and since I also have exams in between so I have to manage the time in a very efficient and planned way.
(40 hours/week * 4 weeks = 160 hours)
9. Read about 100 articlesπππππ
Since I joined this platform I already have read some beautiful articles here and I saw that I am reading 5-6 articles every day here I think reading 150-180 articles is not a big deal, taking the margins of days when I could not be able to give a read to any article or just 2-3 articles on some days I take out 100 articles this month and also since many of these articles fascinate me so covering and learning from 100 articles is a good investment for my mind.
10. Make the best use of resources available to me
I have a very bad habit of not using my new clothes and because of that, those clothes get shorter for me and later then I have a regret that I could not make the best use of these clothes. And because of this bad habit, I am also scolded by my mum and my brother.
So, I will try to make use of every winter clothes available to me this month.
At last summing up myself, I would like to say that making goals and achieving them gives us another level of joy and this thing I learned from my friend so I also adopted this habit of making out a goal which could be daily, weekly or monthly makes me able to achieve what I have in my mind to achieve and also stops me from wasting my time on kinds of stuff which do not need my attention.
