In recent times, our society and family have been badly injured by this terrible problem. The teenagers and their parents, relatives are not getting rid of its terrible aggression. The time has come to get rid of the problem of social values, principles - ethics, norms and the order of life.
What is sexual harassment: Even a few days ago, sexual harassment was identified by the phrase 'eveteasing'. Eveteasing is a slang language of sexual harassment that refers to Eve, the first woman mentioned in the Holy Qur'an and the Bible. The Bengali synonym of the word ‘eveteasing’ prevalent in the Indian subcontinent is ‘teasing women’.
Every woman, including school-going college students, teachers, working women commuters, is often harassed on the way to and from work. Mobile phone, internet as well as technical abuse tactics, including verbal, non-verbal or physical harassment by bullies. Obscene remarks, whistling, intentionally sexually explicit songs, threats, illegal sex claims, etc. fall into the category of verbal harassment. Causes of sexual harassment: The severity of sexual harassment in our society is as deadly as cancer. Its prevalence is spread everywhere in villages or cities. Due to this, the suicide of women has increased. In modern society, the victims of this deadly disease are not only women, but also protesting teachers, parents or guardians.
Notable causes of sexual harassment include:
*Decline of moral values in social, cultural, and family life.
* Lack of respectful attitude towards women.
*Introducing women as advertising products and objects.
*Pornography is rampant.

Prevention of Harassment Day: For the first time on 13 June 2010, the Prevention of Harassment of Students was observed across the country with the aim of building a joint resistance for the overall security of the students. Earlier, on May 14, 2009, the High Court Division of the Supreme Court issued a landmark judgment banning eve-teasing as sexual harassment. The judgment of the High Court Division has been asked to be complied with as per the law till a law is made in this regard in the Parliament.
Suicide of women who are scared and emotionally disturbed due to sexual harassment is now one of the social problems in the country. In this age of extreme excellence in science and technology, such harassment must first be stopped in the long-awaited development of the world. *To keep the unemployed youth away from immoral good and evil by arranging employment.
* The protection of women and the courage to be self-confident is invaluable.
*Strict implementation of separate laws against sexual harassment and making it public.
In the hope that women will be free from the fear of sexual harassment, stay safe and secure at home and find their dream life, so let's build a comprehensive anti-violence against women and establish a clean and orderly society.
