Post-coronavirus era, digital priority, large-scale Bitcoin Cash popularization strategy

Bitcoin Cash needs more people to use, more transactions, more economic stimulus, more users, so that there will be more value spread through the network, more investors and better reputation. We need to move forward. Through the network upgrade on November 15th, we will focus on how to build a better Bitcoin Cash network.

I believe that developing countries are the best place to adopt Bitcoin Cash. Here, everything is cheap, financial exclusion is systemic, fiat currencies are in hyperinflation, and these countries often receive large amounts of remittances (cross-border payments). Now we can build prototypes in many ways and test them in developing countries. In sharp contrast, implementing these plans in developed countries is a costly and hard battle.

We first start with tools like read.cash and local.bitcoin.com, so that we can solve the challenge of capital flowing into these countries, and finally allow merchants to adopt and continue to use these tools. With the tools we have used in production, we can keep costs low and get results quickly. We don't have to wait for the development of new software, we should strengthen existing services and verify these Bitcoin Cash projects from the beginning.

Through the cooperation with participants from developing countries in the Read.cash ecosystem, I see their enthusiasm and their willingness to learn new things. I have received good feedback from them, and I believe that Read.cash's user ecosystem is a good place to further promote Bitcoin Cash.

We can begin to implement the strategy of Panmoni's business plan, obtain capital inflows, and on this basis, promote the large-scale adoption of Bitcoin Cash with a smaller cost budget through the smallest viable product (system).

Before the network upgrade on November 15, this strategy will also benefit the entire Bitcoin Cash ecosystem. If a fork occurs during the upgrade, the public relations content generated by this strategy can prevent holders from selling their BCH, and even incentivize them to sell any fork currency in exchange for more than BCH.

I am considering seeking funding from the community, about 90 to 100 BCH, to test this strategy in 3 months. Your feedback is welcome.

Main point: There are a lot of new things and opportunities, and those who seize the opportunities will get benefits and gain market advantages.

Network: Encourage participants to connect across cities and regions, learn from each other, cooperate through mutual agreement, or benefit by becoming part of the network instead of being an employee.

Decentralization: There is no CEO, no top-down hierarchy, only mentors, cheerleaders, educators, service providers, etc.

Minimalist: We use the resources we already have, instead of relying on or waiting for the development of large projects. There are no expensive marketing activities and everything is kept simple.

Focus on utility: We don't make foolish things, everything is just to prove the value of Bitcoin Cash, which can solve real problems for people in the real world.

Open source: All products can be reused, mixed and copied freely.

Education first: We invest in local people, hoping they can accumulate Bitcoin cash. We will let them understand Bitcoin Cash and explain it layer by layer to help them become professional users, gain profits and replicate this experience. We are responsible for guiding and supporting them in this process.

Focus on indicators: Digital strategy allows us to measure the effectiveness of the different components of the strategy and the overall strategy. Strategy without indicators is hype and wishful thinking.

Implementation phase

First of all, the implementation process is best to keep the workflow simple. Over time, we can develop content, activities and support around other stages to allow people to use Bitcoin Cash more. The implementation phase is sorted by priority. We must first solve the easy-to-solve problems, and then attract builders to solve the more difficult tasks.

1. Read.cash: Let people use user Read.cash and help them earn some BCH.

2. P2P liquidity: Let the content creators of Read.cash use local.bitcoin.com and help them create P2P liquidity business to serve their region, national community and/or region.

3.Purse.io: Encourage those who have earned BCH on Read.cash and local.bitcoin.com to purchase goods on Amazon through Purse.io.

4. Local promotion: guide new owners of BCH P2P mobile services to create content, and introduce new users who currently don’t know BCH into this ecosystem.

5. Remittance: guide business owners to promote their liquidity services to new customers who send and receive remittances.

6. SLP Pass: Cooperate with business owners and content creators to create their own SLP pass and distribute it in various ways, including as a reward for customer loyalty.

7. BCH sponsorship: Cooperate with business owners and content creators to provide BCH sponsorship for new non-profit organizations in their respective places. When these non-profit organizations receive sponsorship, they will stimulate organic demand for BCH merchants and P2P liquidity.

8. Merchants and gatherings: Cooperate with participants, invite local merchants to participate in BCH and hold gatherings.

Specific rules for each stage

Each stage may take the form of social media and content marketing activities, and may have the following components.

Attractive content: Social media content that is easy to digest, such as pictures and vibrant videos within 90 seconds. This will be an important content to attract people, by promising what they want, attracting new users every day, and we can provide these things legally.

Login page and options: A login page link comes from social media posts that provide valuable content, such as e-books or video tutorials, in return for the user’s verified email address.

Email sequence: 3-5 email sequences, including video tutorials and other educational materials are sent to those who choose to join, so that they can improve their knowledge level and facilitate task execution.

Guidance forum: Participants can access a forum or other tool that allows many-to-many conversations. This enables participants to help each other.

in conclusion

We can now use low-cost strategies to create new businesses on the basis of existing Bitcoin Cash businesses, increase chain transactions, create word-of-mouth for BCH, actively create market value for BCH, and prepare for the network upgrade on November 15 .

I am developing these ideas into an MVP proposal to provide 3 months of funding for Flipstarter or token sales. If there is demand, I can start work in this area as early as September 15th.
