Many people may have heard the name of Mirsarai in Chittagong. This Mirsarai is surrounded by amazing beauty. Mirsarai is also called the spring mine! Mountains on one side and the sea on the other. And such is the place that travelers want. Travel the mountains or the sea on a crooked path. Bhramanpipasura runs in search of such a sea free from noise.
Local tourists are exploring C-beach in the embankment area of Saherkhali union of the upazila. Which is already known as "Mirsarai Sea-Beach".
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Industrial City is being built next to the recently awakened char. Another sluice gate has been constructed at the mouth of the sea about 3/4 km west of the sluice gate area of Shaherkhali embankment. Which will be controlled with the image of coastal water. Huge work is going on. One more embankment has been constructed.
Mainly industrial factories are being set up in the eastern part of the embankment. Huge chars have arisen in the western part of it. I remember Nazrul's poem, A-bank of the river breaks, O-bank is the game of the river. Amir's brother in the morning, Fakir's brother in the evening!
And Mirsarai Bhramanpipasura is dreaming around this char. Hundreds of tourists are crowding every day. Locals see this beach as Mirsarai Sea Beach as it looks like Patenga Sea Beach.
The lush greenery across the embankment, the rows of palm and coconut trees, the chirping of birds, the endless flow of small canals merging with the sea, the rural settlements to the east of the embankment and the mangrove forests across the sea to the west, will fascinate anyone. After some distance, the roar of the Bay of Bengal can be heard. Rows of date, coconut and zhao trees. The equivalent of the Keora tree across the wide char. There are all kinds of trees. Many poor families live near the dam. The golden crop is seen in the vast field, the farmer is working in his mind.
Green and green as far as the eye can see when looking west. Different species of marine fish can be seen on the way. Shrimp farming and fish farming. The busyness of the fishermen across the sluicegate, the fishermen returning with fish from the sea. Some retire to weave nets, while others sail in rough seas.
Red crabs, different species of sea crabs raise their mouths in small holes in the wet soil, different sea fish that can be seen walking on their feet. Deer footprints across the green forest. The sweet taste of date juice in winter season, and drinking tea from buffalo milk will immediately get rid of body fatigue. The waves of the sea shimmer in the light of the morning sun. Recently, Saherkhali Sea-Beach is becoming popular in tourism. Hundreds of tourists are crowding every day. This reporter talks to two such friends who came to visit. Golam Kawsar and Ali Riyadh said, “It is good to think that Mirsarai has such a beautiful sea-beach. Noise-free environment, birds chirping, pure breeze, red fox, deer roaming in the forest and boat trips are truly amazing. It will not be bad to come to visit with family. They also said that it would have been better if the transportation system had been improved. They demanded that if the local people's representatives pay close attention, the transport system will be improved and the facilities for the locals and tourists will increase.
