I just want to let my followers know I am currently working on a few articles at once! i Promise that once they start coming out, there will be more consistency. Are there any health questions that any of you have that I could answer? =) thank you for the paitence in advance!

That's exciting! Take my advice, try to post just 1-2 articles a day. And I have a question, is there any danger parts in the body especially at the back that I should not put too much pressure on when massaging? Thank you! :)
great question! there can be a few areas that are more at risk, if your back is already in trouble. I would "extra deep/ hard massage" over the main curves of the back. So right in between the should blades, should be saved for soft and relaxing massage if you don't know a "fascial tensegrity model" is (fancy word for connective tissue map) and how to read the signals it gives off. The same goes for your lower back. If you are lying face down, the part of your back that dips the lowest (about the same as your belly button) can also be avoided with extra hard pressure. The reason being is that these areas experience stress. And even while trying to correct them, you introduce change, which your body categorizes as stress as well. SO our goal is to work with the spaces in between and around these areas to make ensure we can soften your body and release muscle tension, without cause stress to the spine or nervous system! Hopefully this answer makes sense, let me know if I can make anything clearer! On a side note, would this be worthy of its own article? would you like some more info? =) this is the stuff that I love teaching people so we can all live healthier, less stressed lives!
I would totally agree with @tired _momma It is optimal to publish 1-2 posts a day. It is nice to read what others have posted, comment on them and respond to the comment they left on the post. And it’s not even good to post multiple posts at once because others can’t read it nicely.

I'm interested in a healthy diet and possibly in nutritional supplements. Currently, I take zinc, vitamin B12 and D3. And occasionally I eat flax seeds for omega3 fatty acids. Am I missing something important?
I think you are doing great so far! I would suggest a few bonuses just to top you off! B12 is a huge boost first of all and has a wonderful history is research. "niacin" is another name and has been used in medicinal quantities (2000mg and above) to bring positive effects towards suicidal behavior. If you are feeling bummed out. boost some B12's. If you are relatively active or in you second/third stage of living, I would recommend Collagen supplements. They work to support your hair nails, skin, but I use them for their tendon and ligament support. I personally am a rock climber so I couple the ligament support with Glucosamine. Glucosamine is an essential protein for supporting joints. Whether you are hanging 180lbs off our tow fingers, or u8sing your knees to walk up stairs, glucosamine is your friend from the time you are 18 until your very last week. The las piece I would put into an everyday supplement is an adrenal support. With all the work Im sure all of us here do on screens, we burn ourselves out. Biologically, we are straining ourselves trying to keep up with he cyberspace we have created. Even the physical world requires so much of our energy ( I could write whole separate post on this) that we need to add these supplements to not feel like a husk 24/7 Adrenal supports give us a top up on chemicals that our body need to signal when we are stressed, when we are relaxed, and even things like producing melatonin (a chemical the promotes a deep healthy sleep).

That sounds great. 👍 How should we go about it? I read your suggestions for additional supplements and will have a look into where I can get them. I forgot to mention that I take whey protein. Does that cover some of your suggestions?
I personally like whey protein =) some people have thoughts towards hemp over whey (easier for your system to process vs, quantitative elimanation in reference to bioavailability. I am not too sure yet, but I will write some articles put more towards workout, supplements and and what not and if you like any of them we can se tup links in each others articles =) maybe we can set up some private emails or other conversation

I forgot to say. If you have time, write more articles but save the drafts. After that, you only publish them one day when you don't have that much time to write.
