How are you doing at creating content your readers won't ignore?

How do you know if all of your hard work is being devoured or if it's boring enough that they rarely take an interest in what you have to share with them? 

Even if you are on every social media platform available, it doesn't mean diddly squat if what you are sharing with your followers isn't paying the bills.  

If you are going to invest your precious time in doing all of the work, it had better be the best you have to offer if you want your audience to take notice. 

Your content needs to show your audience every possible reason why they should be focused on what you have to say to them.

What makes you different from anyone else who has a similar niche?

How will you stand out from the crowd? 

Are you sharing a solution to your readers' problems?

If you are just giving them what you think they want, you are not setting yourself up for the bigger picture. If you want to see your audience stand up and take notice, start creating content that will give them a reason to do so. 

Then, instead of trying to be a part of the crowd, be the one who stands out.  There's an opportunity knocking at your door if you are willing to answer it. Be the one who shares the content that doesn't sugarcoat anything. Point out the areas where no one else would dare go and then talk about them! You just might be surprised at how much attention it gets from those who see it. 

Now it's time to allow your audience to find out more information about the reason behind the content you created for them. If you want to increase the income potential for your business, a call to action is essential.  

Your followers need to know what to do next. Don't leave them guessing. Give your people a link that tells them to click for more information about you and your products, or provide them with a download to a freebie. 

Be sure your call to action tells your readers exactly why they should click your link. 

For example: if you are trying to promote an affiliate product for severely dry skin relief you might say, "Click here to learn how to relieve your winter dry skin." You could even mention a specific skin type like ichthyosis. 

Now that you know what it takes to keep your readers attention, how will you use it to your advantage?
