Dear guys, good morning one and all.. I'm absent from here since two days and the reason being I'm extremely stressed mentally physcially these days, so much stress and anxiety that if I stress anymore, the nerves in my neck are hurting me. I'm unable to even eat without feeling pressure at the jaw.. I'm sorry for not showig up in your profiles, trust me, am going under a lot of depression right now. I hope you guys understand me being absent and ya'll take care.. I actually want to just give up and leave :/

Ma'am, you do not need to be apologetic, you are good adn will always be. And, abstaining from here for our own health is no offense. Take care ma'am and I wish your mental stresses are transferred to me.
I'll pray for you ma'am blackdoll. Stay strong and take your time. Rest and comeback here once you feel okay again. You really need it. Spend your time with the people you love, stay away from negatives and take care of yourself.
Yeah give up and leave the stress and anxiety not the platform giving you peace and enjoyment. Take as much as rest, after you are gone. Whom I will tease lol!

Eat healthy food and do meditation for about five to fifteen minutes multiple times a day. DRINK water, take a cold bath and sleep at least eight hours at night.
Oh sis I'm sorry you are going through this, please note you have people here who care so much about you and will pray you get through this in good health.
