A pleasant and cold evening to each and everyone this is my third day at read.cash and still doing fine. This blog talks about how I manage or handle my stress and I have proven it's effectivity.
To be concrete, I'll five stress relieving tips for you to apply it at home.
First in the list;
TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND SHOUT
It is a very common but a perfect way to somehow ease our distressing mood. All you need to do is to take a deep breath, inhale and exhale repeatedly until you will feel the light and calming feeling throughout your whole body and don't forget to shout at the end to release those bad energy within. Take note do it in your own room to isolate yourself and make sure that your area has no distractions.
LISTEN TO YOUR FAVORITE SONGS (CHRISTIAN SONGS)
This is one of my fastest way to calm myself and get rid of those negative thoughts that keeps me on worrying a lot of stuff. Place the earphones on both of your ears and try to internalize the lyrics and its melody to have a better feeling. When I did this I usually find my self sleeping right after listening to a couple of songs already, and I know some of you applied this trick too.
TRAVELLING
Seeking new adventures, travelling to wondrous tourists spots and being captivated by the beauty of nature was a great way to restrain from stress and problems. We need to leave all our anxieties and depressing dilemmas at home during the trip, because in that way we could guarantee peace of mind and satisfaction.
BOND WITH YOUR LOVED ONES
Don't ever carry all your burdens alone. You need a hug and kisses from your loved ones. You need to express and display openness to your family so that they could accompany you from your ups and downs. You are blessed if your family comprehends to your situation no matter what it is, it might be failures, mistakes, or even difficult problems. As a matter of fact we need someone to lean on that will help us get through our rants in life, in that way we could have a stress free mind.
PRAY AND MEDITATE THE WORD OF GOD
Never ever missed this very essential matter. Praying is a way of having a heart to heart talk with God, some of your problems may not be considerable and a little bit controversial you need to submit it to the Lord first, and the fact is we may have a lot of friends to talk with but not all of them can understand your situations and circumstances so it is better to surrender it and kneel down before the Lord because He is the only can end all your frustrations and sufferings. Furthermore, reading and meditating the word of God, embracing His promises and obeying His commandments could be a great help to escape all your worries and fears. Lastly, Our God is not a deaf God He is always on our side there is nothing we could hide from Him because in the first place He is the owner of our lives He knows every single part of our whole being and most importantly, HE IS OUR LOVING AND GRACIOUS FATHER, who is fair and close to those who are broken-hearted and tired. Just give it a try and you will see what I am talking about.
Concluding thoughts;
Only the Love of God can satisfy us, He is always accurate and knows what we exactly need. He is fully aware of all our anxieties and burdens. All He wanted us to do is to depend and trust Him during these trying times. Last but not the least don't hesitate to surrender all your confusions, doubts, factors that causes you stress, and heavy feelings to God so that He will saved and lift us up to reach the peek of freedom and victorious living.
