It's been a week since I last wrote something here. Been caught up with life. Too many happenings to share yet a few words to say as I'm overwhelmed with every shift. Had our first spontaneous delivery, twin pregnancy, about 2 days to go before OB rotation ends, Pedia rotation next week. New department, new adventures, new adjustments. See you! 💕
