BCH goals ~ I want a coloured badge 8th of July 2021 I am being a woman today! Here we go, what is he talking about now, I can hear you say. Well I was going to finish one of my saved articles and publish it today. However, I was on my phone reading articles and I noticed a wee diamond thingy beside my name, so I changed my wind, as is a woman's prerogative. So I am being a woman today! Why the badge? The badges are a cool idea, I would have implemented slightly different, rather the simplistic way they are used now. Long story short once you are in the top 50 tippers to other users on the platform you get a diamond badge beside your name. Like I said I was on my phone and noticed against my name in a comment. So being nosey I had a quick look see to see what it was all about. Clicking the badge takes you to the tippers page. https://read.cash/ratings/tippers

So there we have the wee diamond badge. And when I clicked it, it took me to the Tippers page where I saw me.

I then did a quick look and found out that the top 11-50 on the Tippers list get this silver diamond badge and then the top 2-10 get a gold one and the King himself @MarcDeMesel gets the Crown badge for being the platform top tipper. Why the big deal? Big deal you might say. I have only started to publish articles here in the last three weeks (although I did register 10 months ago and then never used the platform, well better late than never). To me this platform is about writing articles, reading articles, commenting and engaging with the other writers and probably **most importantly for me is being able to give back to other users via tips or sponsorships.** So for me being up in the top 50 is a big deal as it means I am giving back. **Goals normally not for me, but I make an exception here.** As a project manager, I would be responsible for planning, costs and all the other kinds of management that is needed to be achieved to make the project(s) a success. So I tend to not do that in my personal life. A bit like a plumber who can't be bothered fixing the plumbing in his own house! Yeah, I know a crappy excuse for not making plans and goals. Well normally I say go with the flow, what happens will happens. HOWEVER, with read.cash it is different. I need to write and hope the magical Rusty visits so that I can use this BCH to tip other awesome platform users. I think in my June first month report I wrote I was giving back 17% of what I made. Well that was a start and I hope I can do better, but that means getting more BCH. Simple BCH goal So now I have set myself a wee challenge. I do get competitive especially with myself. **I want to up my give back to the community to 25% that would be cool.** I earned approximately 0.25 in read and noise in three weeks, so I want to aim to hit that 1 BCH in 12 weeks, well that is the plan going at the rate I was. Well then now the competition is to really make in ten weeks from the date of this article 8th July 2021 which is 16th September 2021 that means giving more back to the community sooner.

There we have it, I made a goal thanks to read.cash and the wanting to help others of **1 BCH by 16th September.** I can only do that by having the continued support of all my amazing readers who comment and engage and make this a worthwhile platform to belong to.
