It's called a golden poison dart frog. It and other species are normally characterised by bright colours. One of its relatives native to the Amazon is used by Amazonians for hunting.

Well they have been deadly for a long time π, just that because of the remoteness of some habitats, we haven't been able to discover a lot of these fascinating creatures.
