Do you know "kegel exercises"?
Did you think they were just for women? But they are not, men should also perform pelvic floor muscle exercises.
In 1948, gynecologist dr. Arnold H. Kegel (1894–1981) first introduced the method of contracting and relaxing the pelvic floor muscles. He found that stronger pelvic bottom muscles help patients who have problems with uncontrolled urination after childbirth.
DEFINITION OF PELVIC BOTTOM MUSCLES:
It is a complex network of muscles that surround the base of the penis and create the basis for gut, bladder and sex life. The pelvic floor muscles can weaken over the years, but they are also affected by other factors, such as a recent operation or injury.
Kegel exercises are extremely simple, but at the same time incredibly useful.
WHY "KEGEL EXCERCISES" ARE USEFUL?
Kegel exercises are especially helpful in preventing and eliminating urinary incontinence. This is true for both forms of incontinence, both stressful and urgent. For t. i. Stress incontinence is characterized by the loss of a few drops of urine during coughing, sneezing, laughing, exercising, etc., while in urgent incontinence you suddenly feel the need to urinate only when your bladder is almost completely full, so it is difficult to hold urine. Another reason for Kegel exercises, however, is the prevention of fecal incontinence.Exercises are definitely better to do preventively, but they can also help you if you already have problems with any of the mentioned forms of incontinence. An added benefit of these exercises, however, is that they can help you get more pleasure during sex.
IMPLEMENTATION OF EXCERCISES:
In order to perform Kegel exercises properly, you must first find the right muscles. The easiest way to do this is to try to hold the jet in the middle of urination. Observe which muscles you will activate or squeeze in doing so. These are also the muscles you need to focus on while doing Kegel exercises.
Once you have identified the right muscles, empty your bladder and sit down or lie down. Squeeze the pelvic floor muscles, hold them for 5 seconds, then relax them for 5 seconds. Repeat the exercise 4 to 5 times. Gradually switch to muscle contraction for 10 seconds, followed by 10 seconds of muscle relaxation. For good results, it is important to contract only the pelvic floor muscles. At the same time, the muscles of the abdomen, buttocks and thighs should be relaxed. If you experience any discomfort, abdominal or low back pain while performing the exercise, you are most likely performing the exercise incorrectly. Do not hold your breath during exercise, breathe normally. If your muscles are very weakened, you may not be able to hold the contraction for more than a second at first. No worries, with regular exercise, the contraction time gradually lengthens.
Try performing Kegel exercises by contracting and relaxing your pelvic floor muscles 10 times for 10 seconds 3 times a day. Do not try to speed up the process by increasing the number of repetitions or prolonging the time of muscle contraction, as this can lead to the opposite effect - muscle fatigue and even greater incontinence problems. With regular Kegel exercises, you can expect improvement after 8 to 12 weeks.
Although these exercises are more often associated with women, they can also be extremely helpful for men, thus improving bladder and bowel control, as well as sexuality. Certain evidence also speaks in favor of helping men with erectile dysfunction as well.
Possible symptoms include:
-erectile dysfunction,
-inadvertent leakage of urine or faeces (also called incontinence) or
-pain during sex or after ejaculation.
HOW DOES A MAN PERFORM KEGL EXERCISES CORRECTLY?
-Stand naked in front of a mirror. Without helping yourself with your hands, try to lift your testicles with the help of your pelvic floor muscles. This will isolate the pelvic floor muscles.
-Another way to find the pelvic floor is to squeeze the sphincter muscle and pretend not to let out gas. With these movements you will lift the back of the pelvic muscles.
-During the exercises, do not hold your breath or contract additional muscles - the muscles of the buttocks, legs and abdomen.
-Shrink your pelvic floor muscles and count to five, then relax and count to five again. Perform 10-20 repetitions three to four times a day.
-You can also include other exercises such as squats, hip lift (while controlling muscle contraction). In orgasm.
Incorporate exercise into your daily routine, for example while watching TV, driving to work, ironing or making phone calls, washing in the morning, preparing meals, ......
Consistency is important. If you strengthen and stretch these muscles all the time, you will do a lot for your health.
MAKE KEGEL EXCERCISES YOUR DAILY ROUTINE!!!!

Computer and video games do not have a good effect on children's development
Video games are played by children and adults because they are made to attract us. Preferably even addictive.
WHAT ARE VIDEO GAMES?
Video games are generally classified as entertainment media, such as movies, books, series, and so on. They differ from the others mainly in interactivity and thus user activities. Because of this ability, video games have the right to present certain stories in a way that no other medium possesses. So as a kind of unfinished medium, which concludes with its entry or. it is managed only by the player.
Video games can be divided into many genres and subgenres, and genres in video games do not only depend on the story itself and the way we present the story (recording method, etc.). In video games, it is also important how we play the game (perspective, way of controlling the character / characters, difficulty, complexity, interaction with other players, etc.). So we get genres like action, strategy, adventure, sports, role-playing games, simulations, and so on. Action can be further divided into platformers, "shooters", fighting games, survival games, etc. Games can also be divided into those that we play alone (single player) and those we play with others (multiplayer). Games also have a variety of focuses such as storytelling, decision making, logical thinking, strategic thinking, multitasking, competition, collaboration, making and playing a character, presenting new worlds, and more. The result of such diversity is a wide target audience, which is growing from year to year and does not consist only of children and adolescents, as the stereotype says. The average age of someone playing games in 2016 was 35 years. The growth of the gaming industry is greatly influenced by the smartphone industry, which brings games closer to those who do not play them otherwise.
Video games oz. the hobby of playing video games is often misunderstood and sometimes ridiculed by those who do not play games. If we take the example of a group "shooter" (eg Counter-Strike: Global Offensive), we will very quickly notice the differences between players and observers. In people who do not play games, ie observers, we will often hear words such as violence, shooting, horror, addiction, waste of time, etc. Players will describe such a game with words such as cooperation, fun, competition, group work, tactics, etc. I think it is important that both sides are aware of the other side's perspective and that they also take it into account with a certain understanding. It is true that games can have severe consequences for the individual (addiction, health problems, social isolation, etc.) if overused, but with moderate use we can also gain a lot (socializing, cooperation, entertainment, etc.).
Video games can be differentiated according to the device we use, or according to different types. In any case, playing games has many advantages, but also disadvantages. When playing, we face many risks, such as violence, inappropriate content, purchases, intrusions, theft, malware, and the like. Due to inappropriate content, it is especially important to pay attention to what age the game is suitable for, with the help of the PEGI tag, which also explains to us what it is that makes the game unsuitable for a particular age group.
TYPES OF VIDEO GAMES:
-computer games
-console games
-mobile games
-free or chargeable
-Games are also divided into genres or genres. There are many types of games (action, strategy, mental, arcade, role-playing games, simulations, etc.), but these genres are often intertwined and some games cannot be assigned a single genre. With advances in game development, it is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish between them, as each game contains the characteristics of several genres.
For younger children, the best games are those that encourage creativity, learning and make it easy to play and are not too demanding. For children under the age of 10, it is especially recommended that they play single-player games rather than multiplayer because of the many risks that multiplayer games pose.
Teenagers up to the age of 18 are already able to play more demanding games, and multiplayer games for teenagers are a good choice as they encourage team spirit and collaboration with others. Older children also find it easier to tolerate a certain amount of violence and more controversial topics, as they perceive them completely differently than younger children.
Positive effects of playing video games:
Video games enable socializing between players, especially multiplayer games connect people and enable and encourage socializing. Through games we can learn how to solve problems effectively, which can then help us in professional life as well. Playing games develops imagination, reflexes, ingenuity, quick decision making and other skills and allows for experimentation.
Negative effects of playing video games:
Adult actors are able to distinguish real life from fiction, and children find it harder to distinguish fantasy life from real. Therefore, they are more subject to the influences of games, such as a misconception about the human body (characters in games that are overly sexualized), unrealistic depictions of violence, which, however, can also be transferred to real life.Because games allow you to connect players and socialize online, this can also lead to a feeling of loneliness in real life, as real, real contact with people can suffer. Excessive gaming can be especially problematic, as it affects all other aspects of life. The downside of games is also the promotion of a sedentary lifestyle, which can lead to lack of exercise, obesity and other related health problems.Because many games require an Internet connection, players are also exposed to various online risks, such as online violence, unwanted contact with strangers, intrusions, data theft, and the like.
Not all games are harmful.
However, it is necessary to be aware that there are not only violent computer games. In fact, there are several genres present among the games themselves. That's how we know:
Action computer games; the main challenge is to demonstrate physical strength and ability. The action game is time-limited, which means that the player must be collected and responsive at all times. Games encourage eye-hand coordination.
Adventure computer games; the main challenge is solving puzzles and exploring. It is usually a story that the actor learns gradually by solving puzzles and complications. Games like this stimulate curiosity and creative thinking.
Mind computer games; the challenge is for the player to play against the computer or connect with friends and play with or against them. These are board games that encourage quick and logical thinking.
Role playing games; the challenge is for the actor to empathize with the character he is playing and live some other life within the virtual world. The characteristic of these games is that they usually have no end, but in modern times it is mainly about playing negative characters, warriors and the like.
Simulation computer games; they mimic real life, e.g. driving a car or playing social relationships.Features include hand-eye coordination, and response to change (social games).
Strategy computer games; they are usually made on the basis of historical events. Through fun and thinking, they ensure the completion of the game. The player is usually a third party and has control over everything that happens.
Sports computer games; it is about games with team and individual sports. The player chooses a character, the others are controlled by a computer. Games promote precision, precision, and physical and organizational skills.
Why do video games cause addiction?
Video games have certain properties that are also found in other addictive substances. Virtual worlds not only draw the individual in, but also encourage him to spend as much time there as possible by rewarding and progressing through the stages. Because anyone can turn into a hero in them, they present the actors with a way of proving that is unattainable, unrealistic for many in the real world.Playing also releases the neurotransmitter dopamine, which is the body's natural reward system. As a result, video games can also cause similar feelings as the use of strong stimulants, such as cocaine.
Video game addiction rarely shows up while playing, but especially when the child does not have access to a personal computer, console or mobile device with games. If the child's day does not revolve around the play session, but it is only one of the daily activities, the parents probably (yet) have no reason to worry too much.
HOW DO YOU KNOW IF YOUR CHILD IS DEPENDENT ON VIDEO GAMES?
-anger, introversion, and lack of motivation Problems arise when games begin to represent the peak of the period between waking up in the morning and going to bed in the evening. These are the most common signs that games have begun to take control of a child’s life.
-Altered behavior: When not having access to games, the child is bored, irritable, or even hostile to parents, siblings, and friends. He experiences the events during the game very intensely, even aggressively.
-Lack of motivation: A child or teenager addicted to video games will lose interest in other hobbies, toys, or sports. Learning success also often suffers, as learning replaces thinking about the next game session. Sometimes he stops caring about personal hygiene.
-Backward social interaction: avoidance of activities with family or friends, poorer networking at school.
-Health problems: headaches, tingling in the eyes, pain in the neck, back, chest, wrists, restless sleep. Less exercise can also lead to being overweight.
In fact, today's children, in the developed world, can sit at a computer from an early age. According to research, the main activity of children is playing computer games. And who gives them access? Who leads them in their first steps to the virtual world? Who further controls and directs them? We, the parents, are the ones who are responsible for the behavior of our children. We are obliged to monitor the child's actions on the computer and other media. It is necessary to be aware that not all computer games are intended for children, and it is the parents who must establish the basic rules.
The worst thing is to let your child get tired of games. Only a few. "Let him play, at least he won't do stupid things. One day he'll get tired of it anyway," is a big mistake that quite a few parents make. Although an overly permissive attitude toward a child’s interaction with video games sometimes has no consequences, ignoring the signs described above and hoping that “games” will one day outgrow it can lead to severe addiction, in which the adolescent may lose touch with reality. seek the help of an expert. As with most things in life, therefore, try to follow the principles of moderation when dosing video game time.

We would like to have a strong immune system .... I present to you 6 healing sounds
WHAT IS YOGA?
Yoga is the oldest doctrine of balance of body, mind and spirit.
Yoga is our operation according to the timeless moral principles of non-violence, truthfulness, stealth, moderation and non-accumulation.
Yoga is a way of dealing with oneself that respects purity, self-acceptance, self-discipline, self-exploration, and trust in a higher power. It keeps our minds calm.
Yoga is a body position or asana through which we feel and get to know our body, control it and liberate it.
Yoga is conscious breathing. Building a bridge between body and mind, between our conscious and unconscious part of the mind. When we begin to breathe consciously, then we take control of the breath (pranayama) and we can begin to control the body and mind. Above all, the breath fills us with prana, vital life energy.
Yoga is the silencing of the senses. Turning our five senses away from the saturated outside world inward, inward. Calming in the awareness of your inner world.
Yoga is concentration. Focusing our thoughts on just one thing that calms the mind.
Yoga is meditation. Complete calming of the mind and the path to the ultimate goal of yoga - the realization of truth, self-realization, inner freedom, liberation from the bonds that make us suffer.
Today I would like to introduce you 6 healing sounds which are part of yoga.
Are you ready to increase the vital energy of your organs, relieve stress and calm the mind? If your answer is yes then read my post to the end.
Today you will get to know as many as six healing sounds, which according to Traditional Chinese Medicine represent the foundation of self-healing, detoxification of internal organs, emotional detoxification and protection against stress.
Can you imagine something as simple as breath and sounds healing your body? That you can strengthen your lungs and thus your entire immune system with visualization, an inner smile and a simple but so strong “ssss”?
This may seem ridiculous to you, but today you will make friends with your internal organs, glands, and all other parts of your body. You will establish a healing dialogue with them and this will dramatically change your well-being.
These ancient sounds, taught to you by Master Mantak Chia, are special breathing techniques, the basis of Taoist and Chinese medicine. Practicing these healing sounds has a major impact on physical health and emotional stability. Sounds blow away stress and help you breathe in the satisfaction that represents your true nature!
1.HEALING SOUND FOR KIDNEYS IS "ČUUUUU"
2.HEALING SOUND FOR LUNGS IS "SSSSSSS"
3.HEALING SOUND FOR HEART IS "HAAAAAA"
4.HEALING SOUND FOR SPLEEN IS "HUUUUUU"
5.HEALING SOUND FOR LIVER IS "ŠŠŠŠŠŠŠŠ"
6.LET THE SOUND COOL OFF THE HEAT IN THE UPPER PARTS OF THE BODY.....HEALING SOUND IS "HEEEEEEE"
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HYmOLgySFJU
STRONG EFFECT:
★ They connect you to the body and allow it to function optimally
★ Activate body cleansing
★ They help release worries, anxiety and mistrust
★ Strengthen the immune system
★ They cleanse the liver and fill the kidneys with peace, tenderness, gratitude and happiness
★ They improve your overall well-being
★ They calm the mind and open the heart
★ Detoxify internal organs
Complement the sounds with an inner smile. It is a powerful and simple meditative technique that melts mental and physical congestion in your internal organs. Both, however, weaken your immune system and take away your well-being.
If you are often under stress, your body overheats. The more the body is overheated, the more the connective tissue in it shrinks and the worse your organs function. The vibrations of healing sounds have a cooling effect, so they help alleviate the heat that stress brings to your body.
Which of the sounds did you like the most? Which one will you try again?
Write your opinion under comment.
Thank you!

Do you take enough care of your heart?
Do you take good care of your car?
Do you make sure it has enough fuel and oil?
Do you do everything to keep the engine running flawlessly?
WHAT ABOUT YOUR HEART, DO YOU TAKE CARE OF IT SO?
The heart is also the engine, namely, the engine of our body. Therefore, we should also pay more attention to it and take proper care of its smooth operation.
WHAT IS HEART?
The heart is a hollow muscular organ divided by the muscular wall into left and right halves. It drives blood through our veins and provides oxygen to the brain, muscles and internal organs. Approximately 5-6 liters of blood are pumped through the body of an adult in one minute. It works by flashing and contracting and stretching. In this way, it draws and squeezes blood. For its proper functioning, it must have an adequate supply of nutrients and oxygen, which are supplied by the vessels. So for the proper functioning of the heart, we also need to take care of our blood vessels.
Namely, if the veins become "clogged" or. cholesterol is deposited on their walls and consequently thins them, then even the blood cannot normally reach the heart and circulate normally throughout the body. As a result, it can lead to varicose veins and, in severe cases, even stroke. Of course, clogged blood vessels lead to many other diseases. Cardiovascular disease is the most common cause of death in the world. They kill 17.9 million people a year worldwide.
It is important to get enough exercise, eat as healthy as possible and not overdo it with stimulants and alcohol. But make no mistake, a glass of wine after lunch even has good properties for your heart. In general, however, it is good to stick to moderation in all things anyway. Only when it comes to smoking, and our heart and blood vessels have zero tolerance for that. If you can't resist, you need to take care of them in all other areas a little better.
How do I quit smoking?
-1. Set a date when you will stop smoking.
-2. Tell your loved ones, friends and co-workers that you will quit smoking and ask them for help.
-3. Ask your chosen doctor about group smoking cessation workshops "Yes, I quit smoking" or other forms of help.
-4. Think positive.
-5. When you quit smoking, do not be afraid to gain weight.
-6. Enjoy as much fluid as possible.
-7. Get as much exercise as possible.
-8. Avoid company and bars where you were used to smoking. Change certain rituals.
-9. Give up the "occasional cigarette that you think can't hurt."
-10. Reward yourself for your success.
Over time, alcohol causes more and more health problems and illnesses:
CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM: high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, risk of heart attack and stroke, enlarged heart muscle, risk of sudden death.
NERVOUS: mental illness, hallucinations, delirium, alcoholic epilepsy, memory disorders, amnesia, sleep disorders, insomnia, seasickness, paresis, paralysis, alcoholic encephalopathy, alcoholic dementia, or Wernicke-Korsak syndrome. Head injuries that occur in a drunken state further accelerate the development of alcoholism.
LIVER: cirrhosis, accumulation of fluid in the abdominal cavity (up to 10 liters), risk of inflammation of the pancreas.
GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT: indigestion, inflammation and wounds on the mucous membranes of the stomach and intestines, hemorrhoids, the risk of developing diabetes.
MENTALITY: persecutions, mood swings, increased aggression, decreased interest in work and family, impaired memory, unproductive thinking, etc.
To cleanse the blood vessels, we can use natural preparations that contain garlic, lemon and olive oil, or we can consume this as much as possible in our daily diet. Omega 3 fatty acids and coenzyme Q10 are also real balms for the heart. Omega 3s are essential fatty acids, which means that the body cannot produce them on its own. So we need to get them from the diet. They are found in salmon and other fatty sea fish, hemp oil and nuts (chia seeds, walnuts, flax seeds). Some research has even shown that Eskimos suffer less from cardiovascular disease than others because their diet includes predominantly fish.
Another substance that protects our heart, however, is coenzyme Q10. It is a substance that is present in each of our cells and enables the metabolism of food into cellular energy. Our body produces coenzyme Q10 on its own, but it is also found in food, mostly meat and milk. However, very little is retained in food due to the heat treatment of food. Therefore, it is recommended to take coenzyme Q10 in the form of dietary supplements. The same goes for omega 3 fatty acids.
The heart is our precious organ. Let’s think a little and each make a brief analysis of how we care for him and how we may be able to improve that care even further.
Take care of your heart and take care of it so that it does not betray you. Well, tracking is only allowed when it comes to love.
Thank you for reading my post!!!!
STAY HEALTHY!
Vitamin D - very important for our body ... do you have enough of it?
Vitamin D deficiency has become a global problem. Studies have shown that adding it to the diet could prolong life and improve its quality.
Vitamin D is an extremely important vitamin that has a strong effect on several body systems. Unlike most vitamins, this vitamin actually acts as a hormone and every cell in the body has a receptor for it. Our body produces it from cholesterol when our skin is exposed to sunlight.
Vitamin D is not found in many foods. We get it by exposure to sunlight, but in winter it can happen that sunny days are not and are not overlooked. However, this vitamin is very important especially for the functioning of the immune system and for strong bones.
In autumn and winter, the biosynthesis of vitamin D in the skin is not efficient enough, so sufficient food intake is required. According to the latest recommendations, in the complete absence of biosynthesis, the human body needs 20 µg of vitamin D daily.
What is Vitamin D?
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin that plays an important role in bone and tooth development and in the functioning of the immune system. Among other things, it increases the ability of the small intestine to effectively absorb calcium from the diet.
Vitamin D is sufficiently biosynthesized in human skin when it is exposed to sunlight. Daily needs between spring and autumn are covered with a 15-minute moderate exposure to the sun, e.g. by walking if the hands and face are exposed to the sun.
RISK FACTORS A VITAMIN D DEFICIENCY ARE:
-dark skin,
-older age,
-overweight and obesity,
-consumption of insufficient amounts of fish or milk,
-life far from the equator, where there is little sun all year round,
-regular use of sunscreen,
-indoor confinement
EFFECT OF VITAMIN D:
BONES: Participates in the absorption of calcium and phosphate from the intestine, allowing normal bone mineralization. It is required for bone growth and remodeling by osteoblasts and osteoclasts.
MUSCLES: Recent research has confirmed the impact on the development, function and maintenance of muscle fibers, especially fast type II fibers. These are important for preventing falls in the elderly. Vitamin D inhibits sarcopenia (muscle breakdown) and thus prevents age-related loss of muscle mass and strength.
SLOWING AGING AND EXTENDING SURVIVAL: Vitamin D modulates cell growth, the immune system and has anti-inflammatory effects. It affects genes involved in the regulation of proliferation (multiplication), differentiation and apoptosis of cells (cell death).
STRENGTHENS THE IMMUNE SYSTEM: Increases resistance to respiratory infections. They also study its potential in lowering blood pressure and lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease, in inhibiting autoimmune diseases (rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis…), preventing diabetes, obesity, psoriasis, certain cancers (bowel cancer…) and improving the symptoms of depression. All these diseases were associated with low levels of vitamin D in the blood.
VITAMIN D AND DEPRESSION:
Depression is associated with low vitamin D levels and some studies have found that adding this vitamin improves mood.
VITAMIN D AND WOUND HEALING:
Inadequate vitamin D levels can lead to poor wound healing after surgery, injury, or infection.
Slow wound healing after surgery or injury can be a sign that vitamin D levels are too low.
Vitamin D and baldness in women
Hair loss can be a sign of vitamin D deficiency in female pattern baldness or an autoimmune condition of alopecia areata.
NUTRITION AND VITAMIN D:
The most important dietary source of vitamin D is foods of animal origin, much less in plant foods. Even otherwise, vitamin D is found in significant amounts in quite a few foods - the richest dietary sources are fat-rich foods such as fish, eggs, milk and dairy products, and especially foods enriched with vitamin D.
Vitamin D deficiency is extremely common and most people don’t even know it.
Vitamin D deficiency causes disturbances in calcium and phosphate metabolism, which can lead to reduced bone density and an increased risk of fractures and osteoporosis in adulthood. In infants and young children, vitamin D deficiency leads to rickets, which is characterized by skeletal deformities and cartilage growths due to impaired bone mineralization. Other symptoms of the disease are decreased muscle strength, decreased muscle tone, and increased susceptibility to infections.
Babies are especially vulnerable to vitamin D deficiency. They do not get it in sufficient quantities with breast milk. Vitamin D deficiency in children poses a risk of rickets, so it is recommended to add 10 μg of vitamin D daily at least in the first year of life. In infants fed milk formula, the rate of vitamin D supplementation should be adjusted to the vitamin D content of the milk formula.
Vitamin D deficiency also affects older people, who spend most of their time indoors, as they are not exposed to the sun most of the time, which prevents the biosynthesis of vitamin D. At the same time, older adults experience an enhanced bone breakdown process. D strengthens even more. Therefore, in such cases, it is recommended to supplement the diet with vitamin D, either in the form of fortified foods or dietary supplements, and it is also necessary to ensure adequate calcium intake.
SUBSTITUTION: Foods usually consume between 150 and 300 IU of vitamin D per day. According to the recommendations of the World Health Organization, we meet our daily needs with an intake of around 1000 IU / day. Thus, on average, about 400-800 IU per day should be added (depending on the individual). Patients are advised by doctors to take vitamin D in the form of drops (five drops a day or 35 drops once a week). Additional vitamin D intake is desirable especially in the winter months.
Thank you for reading my post!
I wish you Happy weekend!
You like hugging each other-hugs are healing
We were born of both. Conceived in the embrace of parents, carried in the safe embrace of the womb, loved in the embrace of parents, brothers and sisters and grandmothers… We were embraced by educators and we remember the teachers who knew how to comfort us in their embrace. Then we grew up and hugs became rarer, but so much more precious. There is no better medicine than a hug. Be it the embrace of a mother and daughter, two friends or kindred spirits. It warms us from the inside and offers a feeling of security, comfort, joy ... In addition, it has a positive impact on health.
A hug (or two) a day drives this doctor away. ”If we hug regularly, we reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, respond better to stress and exhaustion, have a stronger immune system, and fight various infections and we are also generally in a better mood. With just a ten-second hug, we significantly lower the value of blood pressure, and longer hugs are generally beneficial, because then the hormone oxytocin begins to be released, and internal tension and consequently the level of the stress hormone cortisol decreases.
Hugs make us feel really good. We humans have a need to hug in our blood. When we hug someone, oxytocin, the hormone of affection, begins to be released, making us feel accepted and loved. Oxytocin is a neuropeptide that promotes feelings of commitment, trust, and acceptance.
The healing effects of hugs can be:
-More hugs - lower blood pressure. The hormones that are released in the body after a hug not only cause us to be overwhelmed by feelings of happiness and contentment, but also do good to our physical health. Hugs also help lower blood pressure.
-Hugs do good to heart health. When we hug someone, sometimes our heart beats, but according to research from the University of North Carolina, this form of physical contact also works well for our heart. Hugs are such a really great medicine for the heart.
-We hug fears and worries with hugs. Hugs can also go a long way in overcoming fear and improving an individual’s self-esteem. A hug, even if it’s just a favorite toy, can greatly reduce an individual’s fears. Interpersonal contact is also of particular help to individuals who are facing various questions about the meaning of life.
-It can reduce the risk of inflammation..Who would have thought that cuddling can relax your airways and save you from inflammation? At Carnegie Mellon University, they confirmed that people who were under more stress and thus more susceptible to colds and inflammation reduced their risk if they felt more support from loved ones in the form of hugs.
-Hugs reduce stress. Do you feel that you simply cannot cope with a situation? Hug someone. When we hug, we immediately reduce the level of the stress hormone cortisol, which is produced in our body. With hugs, we also make sure to reduce tension in the body, and we relax.
Adults have the most out of hugs. The results of a study conducted at the University of Ohio, hugs and touches are becoming more important to people year after year. The older we get, the more mentally vulnerable we become, so physical contact means more and more to us. Loneliness, especially in the third period of life, can greatly increase stress and also otherwise negatively affect our health. Hugs bring people together and give them a sense of acceptance and love.
Babies who are hugged a lot by their parents are less stressed than adults as adults. Want to do something good for your offspring? Embrace them as much as possible from the earliest childhood. Numerous studies have already confirmed a strong link between touch and stress reduction, especially in the most dewy period of life. Children who have received many hugs find it easier to cope with stress as adults.
HAVE YOU HUGGED ANYONE TODAY?
Relaxation, fitness and body shape-RUNNING
Running is definitely one of the best physical activities and at the same time one of the healthiest relaxation in general. Running has been shown to affect the entire human body: it has a positive effect on the functioning of the heart muscle and at the same time reduces the risk of cardiovascular disease by as much as 50%.
Running is a sport that leaves you as much freedom as possible; you can run alone or in company, fast or slow, regular or occasional. You don't need a lot of time to run, you can take only ten minutes a day, half an hour a week or just an hour here and there. You do not need any prior learning to run - you will easily master the most suitable running techniques for yourself gradually and on the fly. The only rule of running is to start slowly and gradually. Do not miss the warm-up with a brisk walk, do not overdo it and also get enough rest. Precisely in order not to overload your body, it is very important to plan your training in advance.
Here are some benefits if ou are running:
-Running strengthens your health and emphasizes your beauty
-Proper running technique is very important.....The running step consists of two phases: the support phase - this is the phase that begins when the runner's foot touches the ground and ends the moment the foot leaves the ground - and the annual phase, which begins when the runner's foot is left the ground and ends the moment the foot touches the ground again. These two phases are repeated cyclically during the run. The function of the legs during the run is also directly related to the work of the upper part of the body, the correct posture and the work of the arms during the run. All of this together, however, is key to proper running technique
-You also burn a lot of calories by running
Tips that will motivate you to run :
1. Just get started
You can spend days, weeks, months, even years searching for running information, planning workouts, and finding the best equipment. However, you can simply tie the laces and head out. But forget about pace and distance. Instead, set a time goal. For example, a good start can be two or three times a week for 20 minutes. The next goal can be 20 minutes four times a week. Then you can start thinking about extension and pace.
2. Running method
The decision was made: “I’m starting to run today.” Head out, of course with the best of intentions, but after three minutes you’re all in pain and feel like you’re dying. Don’t give up, but allow yourself to progress slowly. Start with the running-walking method. Divide 20 minutes into a few minutes of running, followed by a few minutes of walking, then running again, walking… Finish walking to cool off.
3. Explore new corners
A very simple way to stay motivated - find and explore new treadmills. Once a week, take a whole new path. Also, try a variety of surfaces, including a treadmill at the fitness center.
4. Don't lose courage
When you’d like to quit, consider the following:
• Why did you decide to try running?
• What do you expect?
Pleasure? More energy? Clear thoughts? A varied and fit body? Whatever is on your list, focus on it. But don’t gossip about how badly you just drained. It happens to everyone. Even professional runners. Bad day.
5. Listen to music while running
Music motivates as well as keeps pace. Just make sure you are safe even if you do not hear sounds from the surroundings.
6. A new challenge
When 20 to 30 minutes of running is no longer a particular challenge, it’s time to set yourself up for a new one. And nothing before! Next step: extend your running time or add more training. (One step or another must follow, never both!)
Tip: Never increase the time or distance by more than 10 percent. If you run 20 minutes this week, you will be in the next 22. In the initial stage, you can start overdoing it very quickly. Or when you feel great and feel like you can already run a half marathon. Or when you run in the company of a friend who is faster. Too many at once can stop your progress, injury can also occur and you will lose motivation. Don’t set yourself too much, don’t compete with anyone. Just enjoy the run.
What equipment do you need for running?
Basic running equipment includes:
-quality running shoes
-comfortable running socks
-running T-shirts
-running pants
-running jacket for running on cold and windy days
Clocks and gauges for runners:
For all those running enthusiasts who want to monitor their running in numbers, there are also various parameter meters and special smart sports running watches on the shelves, which will be of great help to you in training. These are modern personal trainers with which you will be able to very accurately measure steps, heart rate, length and height of steps, and many other key parameters of physical activity for runners. With the help of modern equipment, you will be able to get to know your own techniques on a regular basis, measure the effectiveness of the exercise and easily follow your personal progress.
Numerous studies say that running can change your life. If you don’t find this a good enough motivation to start running, then I hope you read my article and changed your mindset.
SO LETS GO!!!!!
Propolis - to strengthen the immune system
Good morning cashreaders......
We are in a period of viruses, colds and other diseases, so it is important to strengthen our own immune system.Today I will write about Propolis.
What is PROPOLIS?
Propolis is a versatile medicine and has a mysterious power to cure or alleviate many ailments.
Propolis is known to be a bee crop designed to maintain health in the beehive. The ingredients for it are collected by bees in nature. These are various resins and particles that become propolis only when bees process them into a new substance. We know that the resins that are a component of propolis are also a protection for plants in nature. When a bee mixes them and makes its home pharmacy in the hive, their effect is further enhanced. At the same time, it is the only thing that bees use to protect against parasites, mold, moisture and other enemies that could endanger their brood.
The extensive therapeutic potential of propolis was already known to our ancestors. Scientific research has confirmed that this mixture of resin, balm, essential oils, minerals, enzymes, wax, flavonoids and flavonoids is of miraculous importance, as: -it has an exceptional antiviral, antibacterial and antifungal effect
-Strengthen the immune system
-helps with inflammation and colds
This resinous substance is collected by bees from plant buds, tree bark and other plants. The collected resinous substance is processed with the help of enzymes contained in their saliva, while enriching it with active ingredients from pollen. Propolis is used by bees as a building material, and in addition, this substance also has a protective role at the entrance to the hive, as it protects the bee community from various infections and fungal diseases.
Although the entire structure of propolis is not exactly known, this miraculous mixture is said to contain about 50 percent resin, 30 percent essential oils, and about five percent pollen. In addition, it contains a lot of protein, and in smaller quantities also vitamins (7 vitamins, mostly B group found in pollen), minerals (iron, zinc, copper, manganese) and trace elements such as calcium, potassium and sodium.
The most important components of propolis are flavonoids (flavon, flavonol and flavanon), various phenols and aromas, which are responsible for its biological activity.
Today, apitherapy or the science of honey therapy, which also studies the effects of propolis, is established and recognized. It is astonishing how many scientific discussions have been published in recent decades about the effects of honey and propolis. At congresses, experts report their findings and describe treatment practices. Many professional books have been written about propolis, and our experts have made a huge contribution to the knowledge about the active ingredients of this bee crop.
We have known for a long time that propolis helps with inflammation, colds and skin problems. However, more and more expert discussions are talking about the fact that it can also be used to treat or alleviate gynecological problems, inflammation of the digestive tract, prostate problems and even cancer. Its effect on periodontal tissues has been proven, and research is also focused on curbing the HIV virus or tuberculosis, which is on the march again after its almost complete disappearance. Effects in patients with multiple sclerosis and many other places where modern medicine has failed are also mentioned. In any case, apitherapy together with propolis has already entered the field of official medicine.
Inhalations with propolis:
At higher temperatures, propolis liquefies, and at 82 degrees it begins to evaporate. Therefore, it can also be used for inhalations, in combination with honey and essential oils, which are also abundant in it. Thus, we can effectively alleviate airway inflammation. The procedure is simple: put propolis and other ingredients in the water just before boiling and inhale the steam.
Analgesic effect:
Propolis affects acute and chronic diseases, but also relieves pain. According to one data, it has a stronger effect on pain than cocaine and procaine. Many forms of use are known. Propolis creams treat pain in the spine and in the so-called tennis elbow. A piece of propolis between the teeth can temporarily alleviate the clenching in the tooth. It relieves pain when struck and stops bleeding when injured. Like honey, propolis makes a dressing and protects the wound, as it binds water, while also attracting bacteria and impurities and healing. Propolis can also help pull a thorn out of the tissue or suture that remains in the tissue after surgery.
Skin balm:
There is much debate about the effective treatment of skin diseases. Propolis cures acne, skin inflammations, reports of successful therapies in the treatment of psoriasis. Creams contain different concentrations of propolis, but tinctures and soaps can also be used. During puberty, these can be an effective remedy for acne. Propolis cures hair loss when the problems are caused by bacteria. It is also used to treat eye problems, where care should be taken and alcoholic solutions should be avoided.
Treatment of ulcers and digestive problems:
An ulcer is usually caused by a combination of problems. Many ulcers in the digestive tract are caused by bacteria and viruses against which propolis is effective. Bacteria start on the walls of the stomach, the acid makes an ulcer and so a wound is formed. Propolis therapy kills bacteria and protects wounds.
The most well-known and common is the use of propolis in inflammation of the oral cavity and throat. Sometimes in these cases, children were given propolis on a sugar cube. Today we know a whole range of preparations, from tablets to sprays.
Propolis also heals animals and plants:
Propolis is not only effective in treating humans but also animals and plants. It is established in the treatment of large animals such as horses, as well as pets, from dogs to cats and hamsters. There are also known preparations for spraying plants, which can be easily prepared at home. An aqueous solution of propolis should be made, to which some more sticky substances, such as milk, should be added, and the plants should be sprayed with the preparation.
PROPOLIS IS ACTUALLY A NATURAL ANTIBIOTIC.

The Slovenian anthem was written by the greatest Slovenian poet Dr. France Prešeren
In addition to the coat of arms and the flag, the anthem is a national symbol. It presents musically a composition formally recognized by the state authorities as an official state song.
The Slovenian anthem was written by our greatest Slovenian poet Dr. France Prešeren. It is called ZDRAVLJICA.The seventh stanza of the Zdravljica was proclaimed the Slovenian national anthem in 1991.
Originally called “Zdravljica”, it is a poem by the Slovenian writer France Prešeren, in the first version it was written in 1844. The poem was censored and the second version was written in 1846. Prešeren wrote his “Zdravljica” in an old version from the 16th century, the so-called bohoričica, who had thorns after Adam Bohorič. The popularity of Prešeren's song speaks of the fact that the seventh stanza was tuned and in 1989 it was named the anthem of Slovenia. The entire text of the song was translated into Croatian by Gustav Krklec. The song celebrates unity, the pleasures of life, and is one of the typical songs of the renaissance, which contradicts the style of a hostile alien nation. Therefore, in the period of revival, this song was not only popular among Slovenes, but also among other nations that defined themselves with such a fate, it was a "ZDRAVLJICA" of freedom and harmony.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EFoXRpRA4Uk
“ZDRAVLJICA” belongs to a series of lyrical hymns and the theme is patriotic. The anthem signifies a song dedicated to someone or to something that a person feels a special affection for and that is considered admirable. This guy respectfully addresses the person to whom / to whom he is dedicated and shows a solemn and sublime tone.
DR.FRANCE PREŠEREN
France Prešeren was a Slovenian poet who was born on December 3, 1800, in a peasant family in Vrba. After successfully completing his studies at the Vienna Faculty of Law, he returned to Ljubljana, where he worked as a lawyer. During this time he wrote most of his poems and in writing them, he was significantly guided by his friend Matija Čop. Prešeren was the first Slovene to compete with contemporaries in Europe in terms of the quality of his writing, where a romantic orientation prevailed at the time.
His most famous songs are:Zdravljica,Sonetni venec,Krst pri Savici,Turjaška rozamunda,Kam?,Povodni mož,O Vrba srečna,draga vas domača and many many more...........
The picture shows Prešeren's birth house in Vrba in the Gorenjska region.
The house has been a museum for almost a century, for which the admirer Fran Saleški Finžgar has a great deal of credit. As early as 1872, less than a quarter of a century after Prešeren's death, the Slovenian Writers' Association erected a memorial plaque at Prešeren's birthplace. In 1937, the then owner agreed to relinquish it to public ownership in exchange for a new house. Even before the summer of 1939,at a special ceremony, the house was handed over to the Slovenian nation.
He was unhappily in love with Primič's rich Julia, to whom he also dedicated the Sonnet Wreath (1834) and some other love songs. His friends were dying one after another, and as a poet he was not recognized during his lifetime. In the last years of his life, he increasingly faced discouragement, problems with alcohol, which ultimately led to his death. He died on February 8, 1849 in Kranj.
The day of Prešeren's death is a Slovenian cultural holiday. The highest recognition of the Republic of Slovenia for achievements in the field of art is called the Prešeren Award. A TV series based on the screenplay by dr. Matjaž Kmecl and Branko Šömn with Pavel Ravnohrib in the lead role. Prešeren's name is the mountain hut on Stol and the only Slovenian variety of roses - Rosa Prešeren.

October 4 was World Animal Day
What began in Florence in 1931 at the International Congress of Animal Welfare Organizations as the day on which the world should protect animals from torture has evolved over time into much more. Throughout its history, man has developed in coexistence with animals. If we care for animals, then it is our moral duty to care for them in such a way that we do not cause them unnecessary suffering and allow them a life worth living.
Raising public awareness on World Animal Day is aimed at society as a whole and not exclusively at animal owners. The protection of animals is one of the values of Slovenian society, enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia and is the duty of everyone. Therefore, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Food and the Administration for Food Safety, Veterinary Medicine and Plant Protection regularly carry out various campaigns to raise awareness of the population of Slovenia about responsible animal ownership. The responsible owner knows the needs of the animal and his duties.
Let us celebrate World Animal Day, these wonderful creatures that complement our lives, with them. Too few people are still aware that animals are also sentient beings and not just something that is an integral part of this planet. Animals can be very good friends that give extra charm to our lives. Animals are not cruel, rude or evil, but behave according to feeling. Which we can’t claim for people. In many ways, animals are better than humans.
Animals are also an important factor in the human diet. They give us meat, milk, honey and eggs. They can also be a source of income for us. So they give us a lot and take very little in return. Therefore, it is right that we are aware of this and respect them and treat them nicely. Let's put ourselves in their skin, at least for a moment, and many things will be clear to us ... sometimes we forget that humans are not the only and by far not the most important creatures on this planet.

Cinnamon
Cinnamon is one of the oldest spices. It is obtained mainly from two species of cinnamon tree, Ceylon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum) and Chinese (Cinnamomum cassia). As a spice, a dried thin inner layer of the crust is used, partly as rolled sticks, partly as powder. It is characteristic of the cinnamon tree that the young leaves are bright red, but as they age, they turn green. It is mostly imported from Sri Lanka, but also from Malaysia, Madagascar and the Seychelles.Cinnamon was used in China as early as 3000 BC, it is also mentioned in the Bible. Slovenian national costume - a recognizable national symbol for Slovenia
One of the components of our heritage are national costumes. They arose over long periods of time and for a variety of reasons. Thus, the costumes began to differ in form and other dimensions. The national costume forms the national identity of the Slovenes, so we must cultivate, preserve and protect it for our descendants as well.
Slovenian traditional national costume was formed in the second half of the 19th century. During the camp movement, Slovenes were in favor they chose their costume from the surroundings of Bled and further embellished it.
According to the protocol, the national costume was the most formal attire, ranked much higher scale of importance as an ordinary dress.
MEN'S NATIONAL COSTUME:
Men's costumes include a black hat on which the "culprits" boast. These are dwarf feathers that have made the boys even fight in the past. The front part of the leibč (vest) is made of velvet with imported flowers (but this is not a condition), and the back is made of klot. Other types of goods, silk and wool, also appeared. It closes at the front with a whole range of metal (chrome or richer silver) buttons. Under the vests, however, the men even wore a silk scarf, which was seen very little on the shoulder, and the emphasis was on the front under the neck. In the lower part of the leib, a necklace is attached to the buttonhole, which reaches into the pocket. A gold or silver pocket watch is attached to the end of the necklace. Quality trousers (irharce) are made of deer or chamois leather. Above all, they must reach over the knee. They can be on a belt or with the addition of braces. They are fastened with metal buttons or with buttons made of horn. Under the vest is a white heavily pleated linen shirt, and under the trousers are long cotton underpants. Wool socks in a natural wool color can also be worn. In the Upper Gorenjska region, blue wool socks are worn. When combined with socks, shoes that reach over the ankle are worn. Alternatively, there are black leather boots that reach to the middle of the thigh, or folded back below the knee, lined with red leather (in some places this edge is black), and patterns on the upper. Men can also wear a cotton apricot, it is in a red color called Kranjska marela. It is mainly used to protect against the sun's rays, but it also retains some rain.
WOMEN'S NATIONAL COSTUME:
The women's costume consists of a long silk dress, which can be of different colors (blue, green, red, brown, gray), a silk scarf, a silk black apron and sleeves. they spread when we bend our arms. The girls wore a silk scarf a little above the waist and added fresh, red cloves. On the right side of the belt, right at the side, they wore a nicely folded handkerchief lined with lace. Under the dress they wore two very gathered long lower skirts (untari) to make them look more abundant and thus also richer. The more they had, the more affluent they were and therefore desirable. Socks with bumps, which optically thickened the leg, also contributed to this. Around their hips they wore a metal belt (knuckle) with a ribbon, a bandage on their head, and married avbo or stove.
After the First World War, the national costume began to lose its significance as a symbol of national affiliation and consciousness due to many, including political, factors. She was only dressed at some gatherings and parties, church events and protocols.Looks like a real costume from previous centuries. Our clothing tradition is much richer and it is right that we nurture it and revive it in its originality. The national costumes are most strongly represented among Slovenes in Argentina, where they also take professional care of its preservation.
With its attractiveness, it has also gained the importance of a tourist attraction in our country. However, so changed, it only
In Slovenia, many national-entertainment ensembles also use the Slovenian national costume as their clothing.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L3V4btdgNJ8
Today, the national costume does not represent anything to the vast majority of Slovenes. Saccession to the European Union, so that the numbers of our distinguishing marks are defeated and between them also the national costume they once wore with such pride. When we look, for example, nationally entertainment shows, the costume is presented as part of "show business", it may already be a subject in some places mockery, saying - ‘again this beef music’.
Of course, there are exceptions, which fortunately are still quite a few. Folklore societies are, especially lately, they are very committed to bringing people back to this part of the culture that we are in the period of progressive capitalism and by changing political regimes pushed it to page. The real costume still lives on in the memories of the oldest citizens who still remember, how mom put an abba on her head and went so dressed for a wedding or celebration. That would be us nowadays it probably seemed unimaginable. For our people's history not to be forgotten, there are also ethnographic museums, which keep many examples of costumes from different periods, and many written and oral testimonies.

How are you feeling today, autumn has come and with it autumn fatigue
Slowly but steadily, autumn is smuggling between us. But in addition to colorful colors and crops, it also brings us some changes in mood. The days are getting shorter and we spend less and less time in the sun. This, in turn, also affects some important hormones that regulate the biorhythm in our body. The biorhythm strongly depends on the change of day and night and the seasons. Many of our hormones work under the influence of light and regulate our habits (sleep, diet, metabolism). Our body is timed to change nature, so it is not uncommon for us to begin to feel changes in mood as the seasons change.
The shortening of the day, grayness, rain and fog and the sudden drop in temperatures put many people in a bad mood and take away all their energy.
If you also feel tired, a little more sad or nostalgic, and also hungry all the time, then you are caught up in autumn fatigue.
Of course, the main question is how to deal with autumn fatigue as effectively as possible. Here are my suggestions:
-It’s good to get enough exercise in the fresh air and catch as much of the autumn sun’s rays as possible. This will make it easier for us to stock up on vitamin D for fall and winter. Also, fresh air will invigorate our body and mind.
-Another very important thing is choosing the right diet. We know that food is our fuel, so it must be of good quality. It is important to consume as much fiber as possible, which will help speed up digestion and thus eliminate the influence of the season on our digestive cycle. Foods high in vitamin D and iron are also recommended. Vitamin D is found in dairy products and eggs, as well as in fatty fish. Iron, on the other hand, is found in red meat, beef liver, nuts, dark leafy vegetables, and legumes. The healthiest is fresh food and if it is grown at home, so much the better.
-The third important weapon in the fight against autumn fatigue is sleep. It is important that we get enough sleep and that we go to bed at about the same time each day. However, it is not recommended to eat large and heavy meals and drink alcohol before going to bed.
-The last trump card up your sleeve in the fight against autumn fatigue are also dietary supplements. But not any, but they must be of good quality. It is best to go for those dietary supplements that are harder or not obtained from food at all. Nowadays, unfortunately, food is no longer as rich in vitamins and minerals as it once was, so in this case, dietary supplements are occasionally recommended.
I hope I have helped you at least a little with my suggestions to avoid autumn fatigue.Have a wonderful day.
ENJOY A COLOURFUL AUTUMN WITH AS LITTLE AUTMN FATIGUE AS POSSIBLE.
Thank you for reading my post.

It is important for your health what type of salt you use
Salt is essential in our diet, but in large quantities it is harmful.According to the method of production, sea, rock and evaporated salt are separated. Marine is extracted by natural crystallization in salt basins, and stone by salt ore processing.Evaporated salt is obtained by industrial evaporation of brine obtained from various sources, sea water, by dissolving underground deposits or salt ore. In the factory, the brine is mechanically cleaned of impurities and chemical impurities are removed. This forms a refined salt, which is then heated in so-called vacuum evaporators to evaporate excess water and form crystals. It is also important how the salt is ground. We know ground, ground and finely ground salt.
The difference between refined, known table salt and unrefined natural salt is almost as big as the difference between white sugar and freshly cut sugar cane. However, these differences can have a major impact on our health, where we naturally avoid toxic additives and, consequently, diseases that can threaten us.A typical modern table salt can be compared to refined sugar and refined flour - once all three were healthy, but now the food industry system has turned it into a pure nightmare.Refined salt - table salt is actually robbed of all natural minerals and now contains synthetic iodine, fluoride and thickeners. What is left of the natural and wholesome is now produced through the hands of heavy industry, which, however, leads nowhere but to potential health problems.
The healthiest is unrefined salt, as it contains many minerals that are important for our health.Healthy salts also include black and Himalayan salt.
UNREFINED SALT
It is healthy because it contains iodine and many other minerals that are essential for the functioning of our body and immune system, it contains organic iodine, from which our thyroid gland produces the necessary hormones for proper functioning, salt regulates heart rate and sugar fluctuations in blood is essential for the functioning of all body cells and the production of energy.
HIMALAYAN SALT
Himalayan salt was formed long ago when the proto-ocean dried up. Today, it is mined in mines in Pakistan along the Himalayas. Pink Himalayan salt has many benefits and healing effects. Its pink color is its natural color and proof that it contains more than 80 different minerals, mostly iron, which also colors salt.
The healing effects of Himalayan salt:

BLACK SALT
Black salt or "kala namak" is a combination of sodium chloride (table salt) and sulfur compounds (iron sulfide, hydrogen sulfide…). It is dug in the Himalayan foothills. Its characteristic is that it contains a lot of sulfur and is a very popular spice in India and Pakistan, which is increasingly used in our country as well. Black salt crystals range from pinkish gray to dark gray to black shades, with a hint of purple (depending on the amount of iron the salt contains). It has all the benefits of the usual pink Himalayan salt, and the presence of sulfur gives it extra healing power. Black salt is an indispensable addition to some Ayurvedic herbal mixtures (for the treatment of intestinal diseases and acidity), helps against wind and flatulence, it is also effective in the fight against fungi and some intestinal parasites. The smell of Kala The soaking of salt is quite intense, so the small amount we add to an already certain dish is enough to ennoble its taste.
If we want a beautiful and healthy age, then we prefer to avoid refined table salt. Of course, we should not overdo it. A healthy amount is healthy for the body; but if it is too much, it also hurts.
Up to 5 grams of natural, unprocessed salt per day is recommended.

I like a lot of light in the apartment
It doesn’t matter where you live in the house or the apartment, it is important that you have enough light in the rooms where you live.
If you have enough light in the apartment then you also have more energy and proven better well-being.
If you happen to not have enough light in the apartment, you can help yourself with these suggestions :
-1. Replace bulbs
Believe it or not, you simply change the types of light bulbs in your apartment and this can change the whole mood. Different light bulbs offer a warm glow or a cool glow, also different power bulbs will affect how bright your apartment will be. Choose the right ones.
-2. Add bright artwork
Nothing warms a room like paint. Nowadays, everyone seems to have the same inspiring quotes on their walls or family photos. These things are interesting, but to stand out, why not add something original?
-3. Replace the curtains
If you have dark, or a few years old curtains, refresh the rooms by changing them, even the curtains lose their luster over the years.
-4. Use coatings
You’ve probably never noticed before, but dark furniture can make a room gloomy, but you don’t have to buy all the new furniture. It may seem old-fashioned, but upholstery can do wonders for a dark room. The best part of it: you can change them whenever you want them to match what you feel that day.
I hope I helped you with my suggestions how to lighten your apartment .
Roll-up your sleeves and get to work!!!!
Thank you.
You want fit body?
Planking is an exercise in which you will strengthen the muscles of the torso, buttocks and shoulders and sculpt your body in a few weeks. Just 5 minutes a day should be enough. The challenge lasts 30 days.
The most common are classic and side planks.
- Classic planking is an exercise in which the palms are placed on the floor so that they are just below the shoulders, and the exercise can also be performed by leaning on the elbows. Squeeze your abdominal muscles and straighten your back. If you are on your elbows, raise your buttocks to shoulder height, otherwise keep straight and keep your buttocks slightly lower than your back.
- Side plank is an exercise in which you resist the forearm and the side of the foot. The chest is at a right angle, away from the ground, and the hips are so high that together with the shoulders and feet they form a straight line. The free hand is stretched out along the face, the core is strongly activated and you start.Your task is to bring the elbow of the free hand closer to the knee traveling in the opposite direction. Touching the elbow and knee is a sign that the repetition is done and you can return to the starting position. When you do a certain number of repetitions, you change position and load another side.
With this exercise you strengthen your body, abdominal muscles, back and shoulders.Improves posture and stability. This way you can protect yourself from many injuries.
If you do not have time to visit guided exercises or fitness and would like to perform an exercise that will be effective and will not take up much space, plank is a great choice!
SO LETS GO!!!

These skrubs I like the most
Hello cashreaders......
Today I want to write you something about my favorite skrubs.
I am living 50 kilometers away from city Koper.Koper is our sea coast city .I am a person who loves the sun and the sea.
https://youtu.be/ITCDJpwDjhE
Thatsway almost every Saturday or Sunday we visit this beautiful city with my family. And there grow my favorite skrubs RODODENDRUM.(Rhododendron hirsutum).
Rhododendron is one of the most popular spring flowering shrubs that can grow into mighty shrubs with proper care. Their beautiful tufted flowers delight us from April to the end of May. They do not like strong winds and direct midday sun, so we choose a shady or semi-shady place. When you visit Koper you can see many of these colorful flowers there.
I made these photos ......I hope you like them.
Rhododendrum is a genus of evergreen, partly green or deciduous shrubs ranging from dwarf to tree forms.Leaves leathery, simple, pointed at the top, often whitish on the underside, sprinkled with gray down. Bell-shaped flowers grouped in round inflorescences.
Here you can see multicolor planting of shrubs. This skrubs also smell nice.
Thank you for reading my post.
I wish you Happy day!
Nature heals us
Nowadays, people live under constant stress. What is stress?
Stress is the body's response to possible harmful stimuli from the environment (pain, sadness, noise, flashing). It is a state of tension of the organism and the body always responds to it in the same way - with the so-called non-specific reaction "fight or flight". It speeds up heart function and respiration, increases blood pressure and muscle circulation, increases alertness, alertness and concentration, and reduces feelings of pain and appetite. These changes allow a person to prepare as much as possible for defense (fight) or escape from danger.
If we want to live long and quality life we need to shake off stress. One way is to escape into nature.
You can relax in nature and refill your "batteries" for new adventures.
Exercise, which is usually inextricably linked to spending time in nature (hiking, cycling, water activities), increases the production of endorphins, neurotransmitters in the brain that are responsible for well-being - a feeling often called the "euphoria effect".Fresh air improves blood pressure.
With the help of the natural environment you will find it easier to focus, this will give your brain a chance to rest and recharge with energy, in nature you can disconnect, with the help of the natural environment you will find it easier to focus.
When we are outside on sun we also get a lot of Vitamin D who is very important for our health.
Vitamin D is also called the "vitamin of the sun" because the body produces it only in sunlight. It is crucial for healthy bones and can slow the development of osteoporosis. Vitamin D also strengthens the immune system and prevents the development of certain types of cancer.
The level of oxygen in your brain is related to the level of serotonin, a neurotransmitter that affects your mood, appetite, memory, social behavior, and other processes. If your serotonin level is too high, you will become irritable and tense, and if it is too low, you will become depressed. Inhaling fresh air can help regulate serotonin levels while increasing feelings of happiness and well-being.Oxygen, which contains many negative ions and is found in nature, therefore has a relaxing effect on the body. The air enriched with negative ions stimulates the alpha brain waves and increases the range of the brain waves, creating an overall effect of clarity and peace, so the next time you go on a hike to the waterfall, you will really relax.
We need to bring the world of nature closer to children again, as nature enriches and offers unlimited opportunities for learning. She is our teacher and healer at the same time, and she brings children plenty of opportunities to play and strengthens their attitude towards the environment.
We cant live without nature. Without nature there is no home, no food, no air or water.

I wish you Happy day.And dont forget....GO TO NATURE TODAY!
Go away negative energy
Good morning to all.I woke up in a beautiful sunny Sunday day.I hope you slept well as I am.
Today I want to write you about lavender.
Lavender (from the Lamiaceae family) is an evergreen, strongly branched and densely overgrown shrub. The shoots are four-edged, the whole plant is covered with star-shaped hairs and strongly aromatic. Cross-arranged leaves are simple, striate to oblong-lanceolate and blunt, 2-6 cm long and only a few mm wide, curled at the edge, gray-green above, white felted below and densely hairy. The flowers are bisexual, on 20-40 cm long stalks they grow in groups of 6-10 in apparent vertebrae. The wreath is purple-blue. The root system is very branched, most of the roots reaching 40 cm deep. Lavender is widespread throughout the Mediterranean. It is mainly grown in Dalmatia, Greece, North Africa, Iran and France for the purposes of the perfume industry.
The spiritual significance of lavender
Lavender or lavender is much more than just a fragrant purple bouquet, with a combination of color and scent it vibrates with a very high frequency, on a spiritual level it takes away our feeling of loneliness and abandonment, helps us to transcend.
Lavender (Lavandula officinalis) has always been known for its calming effects. According to a Japanese study, its scent relieves stress. The plant is effective in treating depression, anxiety and tension-induced headaches. It calms and puts you to sleep, it is supposed to prevent fainting. And it has other useful properties - in folk medicine it is used to relieve abdominal cramps, stimulate digestion, relieve bloating and drain bile. It has an antiseptic and antibacterial effect, alleviates minor skin infections, including insect bites and burns. It is an integral part of many cosmetic products, such as baths and shower gels and creams. It is also recommended for women with menopausal problems, in people with low blood pressure the bath improves the general condition and refreshes. Lavender baths have a long tradition - they were enjoyed by the ancient Romans, and in the Middle Ages they concealed unpleasant odors with intoxicatingly fragrant flowers.
Lavender essential oil is used externally, but it is good to dilute it with, for example, olive oil before use. The mixture is then used to massage the forehead and shadows for headaches and stress, massaging the lower abdomen and lower back relieves menstrual pain, and massage also helps with muscle aches. It is also useful as an ingredient in lotions and creams to relieve rheumatism and to clean wounds. In cosmetics, lavender hydrolate (a by-product of steam distillation of lavender) is used to care for delicate and sensitive skin, as well as an antiseptic against pimples, and diluted essential oil promotes the breakdown of cellulite.
Lavender, better known only as a moth repellent plant in cupboards, is poured with some boiling water and a great tea is made. Right now, as I write this, it’s bubbling up there on my stove and filling the entire space with a stunning and relaxing scent. Mmmmm, breathe, breathe! The active ingredients from lavender flowers not only have a pleasant smell, but also have a calming effect on the nerves and intestines, work against high body temperature and alleviate eye and ear problems. It can be prepared in the form of tea or a relaxing bath.
Meditating on the color of lavender, accompanied by its scent, helps to find meaning in life and relieves negative energy. The scent of the essential oil absorbs negative energy from our body, so we use it after showering with salt and apply it as an exfoliator on the body.Essential oils are a natural antiseptic.
-suitable for problematic skin (psoriasis, fungal infections, acne, dermatitis)
-heals internal organs
-relieves abdominal and menstrual cramps
-regulates hormonal imbalance in menopause
-promotes kidney function
-has a beneficial effect on depressive states and sadness
What about you......do you use lavender too' Are you making essential oil? How you make it?
Please comment, like and subscribe if you like my post.
Thank you.

For healthy heart
The cardiovascular system is very important for the functioning of every organ, every cell in the body.
Today, the lack of omega 3 fatty acids due to changes in eating habits is a common problem of all people. However, the deficiency can result in various disease states, in which cardiovascular diseases predominate.
Cardiovascular diseases are still an important cause of morbidity and mortality in the developed world and also in our country.
How is the heart built?
In an adult, the heart is as big as a fist. It is a hollow muscular organ divided by the muscular wall (septum) into left and right halves. The heart consists of the right and left atria and the right and left ventricles.
What are coronary arteries?
In order for the heart to function properly, it needs to be provided with an adequate supply of nutrients. Coronary heart vessels have this function (from the Latin word corona = crown or wreath). From the aorta - the main artery - two large vessels branch off: the left and right coronary arteries, which then continue to branch and cover the heart muscle like a network of tiny blood vessels. Because these vessels supply sufficient amounts of nutrients and oxygen, their good blood circulation is very important for the normal functioning of the heart.
To meet your daily needs for omega 3 fatty acids, you should eat a meal of fresh deep-sea fatty fish such as salmon or mackerel every day. As this is not always possible, we recommend a daily dose of Omegabiol capsules with fish oil that will satisfy your daily need for the (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
Most of the benefits of fish oil come from the fact that it is one of the richest sources of omega-3 fatty acids. Fish oil is obtained from the tissues of fatty fish. The dietary supplement Omegabiol contains two very important omega-3 fatty acids - docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).
Fish oil contains omega 3 fatty acids, which are supposed to have antithrombotic effect, anti-inflammatory effect, affect the action of thromboxane, prostagladins, prostacyclins and leukotrienes. They cause vasodilation, stabilize the membrane of the heart muscle cell.
Fish oil promotes cardiovascular health and is therefore essential for today’s lifestyle. Heart diseases such as coronary heart disease, heart attack, congestive heart failure and congenital heart disease are the leading cause of death for men and women in the 21st century.
STAY HEALTHY!!! BUY FISH OIL!!!

For a beautiful female smile
The influence of hormonal changes on the development of gingivitis accompanies women throughout life. From puberty, when elevated levels of hormones such as progesterone and estrogen cause increased blood flow to the gums, and thus their increased sensitivity, to changes during pregnancy, during menstrual cycles and in menopause.
Hormonal changes should therefore not be something to be feared, but an opportunity to reflect on whether we are really doing everything for thorough oral hygiene, which significantly reduces the risk of periodontal inflammation.
Every healthy smile is beautiful, but it can be like from a movie, perfect and dazzling. There are several reasons for aesthetic dental treatment: professional necessity, step into a new life, personal satisfaction. Aesthetic dental procedures include various methods to improve both the appearance and function of teeth.
Nature cannot make us aesthetic in accordance with modern standards. Everyone has a mistake that makes them feel less desirable, and we try to eliminate this with the help of "external interventions". Let us remember the times when women wore corsets to squeeze their waist and thus emphasize the hips, that is, the part of the body that men subconsciously associate with fertility. And today is no different. When nature starts to gray our hair, we start coloring it to maintain a youthful look, thus remaining attractive and desirable.
You can help yourself with this toothbrush. An electric toothbrush removes more plaque than a hand-held toothbrush.
An electric toothbrush is a safe and gentle way to maintain the health of your dental cavity.

What type of oil you use for cooking?
When we using cooking oils ,we need to consider how the oil behaves when is heated. For example, although olive ,walnut and flaxseed oils are among the healthier oils, they are not most recommended for use at higher temperatures as they have a relatively low smoking point.
1.AVOCADO OIL
In addition to its high content of antioxidants and carotenoids, avocado oil also has a fairly high smoking point. The oil starts to smoke at about 250-270 degrees Celsius, making it a good choice for baking, stewing and related food preparation processes. On the other hand, it is not the most suitable for frying, which is a problem that we encounter with most oils.
2.COCONUT OIL
The smoking point for coconut oil or fat depends on the type of oil. In the case of the unrefined version, it is slightly lower, and in the case of refined coconut oil it is quite high. In general, it is a good choice for baking, including baking confectionery, and for roasting.Due to its medium chain triglycerides and lauric acid, coconut oil in moderation is considered a healthy supplement that can even help with weight loss.
3.PEANUT OIL
Peanut oil is considered a very good source of vitamin E - an excellent antioxidant that, among other things, plays an important role in reducing the risk of heart disease. The smoking point of this oil is at a temperature of about 230 degrees Celsius, so it is one of the more recommended oils for use in various heat treatment processes.
4.ALMOND OIL
Almond oil is more common in cosmetics, but it is also suitable for cooking. Basically, it is important that it is a healthy oil, which is supposed to help lower harmful cholesterol, among other things. At the same time, almond oil is quite stable at high temperatures. The smoking point is at about 230 degrees Celsius. However, unfortunately this only applies to the refined version - unrefined almond oil does not tolerate high temperatures the best, so it is not the most recommended for cooking or heating.
5.SESAME OIL
Even when it comes to shelf life, sesame oil stands out compared to many other oils. The risk of oxidation is much lower here. The oil is similarly "durable" in the kitchen. It tolerates quite high temperatures - smoking begins at a temperature of about 175 to 210 degrees Celsius. At the same time, it is a good source of antioxidants that can benefit even high blood pressure. The biggest problem with this oil, however, is (may be) that it has a rather pronounced taste, making it harder to use in some dishes.
wHICH OIL DO YOU USE FOR COOKING,BAKING AND RELATED FOOD WITH HEAT TREATMENT PROCCESS?
Good morning my friends....I hope you are doing well.I am fine.Just woke up in a beautiful sunny morning.I wish all blessing day ahead.Stay safe!
In this way, the cat tells you that loves you
Good morning my friends....I hope you slept well....I was.
Today I am writing about our pat...CATS!!!! Enjoy reading my post!
Of course, every cat owner loves their family member and we like to believe that they love us. Dogs show affection and love in a more familiar way, they are also a little more dependent on us. It’s different with cats; these animals are much more independent, but also express themselves in different ways. From this, many people have concluded that cats just do not like or. they are not tied to their owners.
But this is far from the case - cats can also love their family, but they show love differently. Here are some examples of ways your pet can communicate to you that he loves you.
HEAD SCRATCHING
When people touch each other with their faces, we perceive this very clearly as a kind of affection. In cats, rubbing their heads means that they trust us, appreciate us and that they feel safe around us. The cat also has special glands on its face that secrete pheromones, which in this case perform the function of marking territory. This means that by rubbing, he marks you as his own, and other cats will also smell that you "belong" to your cat when they come in contact with you.
GNAWING
If your cat is constantly biting you, it may even be looking at you a little. Of course, this is not a strong bite that can occur in an attack - bites out of affection are gentle and more tickling than painful.
GIFTING
Probably no cat owner is most enthusiastic about a dead bird that a cat brings to the mat, but a cat shows you love with it. Despite domestication, these animals still have a strong instinct. Sharing prey with you is a sign of friendship and trust. With such gifts, she also communicates to you that she is ready to take care of you. If such a surprise awaits you at the door, don't turn around the cat,as this would make her show her love. In these animals, eliminating such behavior is virtually impossible - the only thing that eliminates cat hunting is if you have it exclusively indoors.
BLINKING
Already direct eye contact cats use only for people who love and trust them. However, if the look is also accompanied by a slow squint, you are really something special for the cat. Some even say that slow squinting is a feline version of a kiss.
CAT TAIL
In most animals, the tail is extremely important for communication and cats are no exception here. If you watch your pet’s tail closely, you’ll learn a lot about how the cat feels about you. If the tail is in the form of a question, the cat greets you kindly. If the tail is in an upright position, the cat trusts you. If the tip of a cat's tail twitches while your pet is approaching, it means she is happy.
There are many more signs of love in the feline world, so we can undoubtedly conclude that cats also feel and express love. As with humans, animals have different ways of expressing themselves, so don't worry if you haven't noticed the above signs in your cat. If you love your pet and take proper care of her, deal with her and give her attention, we have no doubt that she loves you too.
I made photos of my cat.His name is Macek. We have It has been with us for many years I think around 8.I hope he will live long time.WE LOVE HIM A LOT!
Visit Postojna Cave
Hello all.....How are you today? Did you sleep well and you have ful energy for today day?
Today I will introduse you a strange animal which lives in Postojna Cave.
The human fish or white marsh warbler (Proteus anguinus) is the only representative of the marsh warbler family (Proteidae) in Slovenia, and at the same time the only European vertebrate that lives permanently in caves. In surface watercourses flowing from caves, they are usually obtained only after heavy rains, when the rising waters take with them human fish that have failed to retreat to safety in time.
Pale, almost translucent skin, unusual red growths, eyes nowhere, four limbs and only ten fingers.I know you will ask how strange looks this animal, what are these hahahah......Believe me when I saw this first time I was surprised too.
An adult animal measures between 20 to 30 cm.It has three toes on its front legs and only two toes on its hind legs.It has developed pink external gills on both sides of the body, it also has simple lungs.
It is a long-live animal that is expected to live around 100 years.
The human fish therefore lives exclusively in groundwater and is well adapted to life in complete darkness. It senses what is happening in the surroundings with the help of the sense of smell and through vibrations, which it accompanies with the sensory organs arranged in the skin. Her eyes are stunted and covered with skin, as they do not benefit her in an environment without light, but the entire surface of her body is sensitive to light.
So if you wish to see this amazing animal in live come to Slovenija and visit Postojma Cave.
WELCOME ALL!!!!
